Then, a sealing mechanism 5 is operated, on the rear end side of the individual (p) accumulated body, the binding tape (t) is sealed and cut at the same time to complete binding of the individual (p) accumulated body.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively bind an object, by providing a notch, a guide path, a hole for pulling out on both plates for the object to be bound and further providing a cutter on the outer periphery of a rotor, a pressing member on the way of the guide path and needles in the hole for pulling out. CONSTITUTION:One end of a binding tape T is extended to be brought into contact the upper face of the outer periphery of a rotor 1 and stretched to the position passing on a notch 5 for insertion of an object (P) to be bound. The expected part to be bound of the object (P) is inserted into a recess 2 through the notch 5 and pressed downward along a first guide path 6. The front end of the tape T is double-folded and shaped to envelop the object and wound into the rotor 1 in an U shape. The tape T is cut by its compression with a pressing member 9 and a cutter 3 on pushing it in a second guide path 7. The object (P) to be bound reaches the bottom of the hole 8 for pulling out and the tape T is perforated by needles 14. Hereafter, the object (P) is pulled out.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a tying machine which does not require any skillful works but increase tying efficiency for wide range of article to be tried by positioning articles to be tried between first and second rollers. CONSTITUTION:First roller 5 and the second roller 6 are movably equipped in the middle of a base frame 1 and a tying article grasped by hands is pressed from the top of a tape T at the recess between the first and the second rollers 5, 6. Then the tip of the tape T is folded back and the tape T folded in a double-layer is jointed together with holding the article in the tape. The tying article C is successively wound up by the tape T with manual operation. Because the tying article C is positioned at the recess formed by the first roller 5 and the second roller 6 and also the both rollers 5, 6 rotate, this tying operation can be smoothly carried out. Finally the tying article C is manually transferred to a tape cutting portion 2 to cut the tape T by a cutter 2f.

CONSTITUTION:A supply means 22 in which the photosensitive resin liquid A is contained is passed through the cylindrical body 1 and is set. While the cylindrical body 1 is rotated at a low speed by a motor 12, the supply device is gently turned upside down to pour the photosensitive resin A, then the means 22 is pulled out of the cylindrical body and a high pressure mercury lamp 10' is inserted into this position. The cylindrical body 1 is rotated at a high speed so that the photosensitive resin A is uniformly stuck to the inside surface of the cylindrical body 1 by centrifugal force. The cylindrical body 1 is subjected to back exposure and relief exposure by the irradiation of a chemical lamp 10 while the high-speed rotation of the cylindrical body is continued in this state. The lamp 10' is pulled off and the rotation of the cylindrical body 1 is stopped. A base 27 (seamless woven fabric) is inserted to the inside surface of the cylindrical body 1 and an IR lamp is inserted into the point from which the lamp 10' is removed to solidify an adhesive agent.

    • PURPOSE:To omit the step of drawing an extremely narrow borderline by using a water repellent and enhance productivity and operation efficiency, by a method wherein when weaving a cylindrical body, extremely narrow bands are provided at predetermined intervals by using yarns spun from heat-fusible fibers, and the bands are converted into films by heating to provide borderline. CONSTITUTION:A loop is formed by reciprocating a single weft two times, and the weft is spirally moved to sequentially form a cylindrical form 1, to obtain a cylindrical woven matter in which the face side and the back side are joined to each other at both edges. In this process, a yarn spun from a heat-fusible fibers is used intermittently as a weft, whereby extremely narrow bands 2 in which said yarn is used as the weft are provided at regular intervals in the cyindrical body. After weaving, the weft in the bands 2 is converted into a film at a temperature at which only the part of the fibers having a low melting point is melted, thereby forming borderlines. The cylindrical body thus obtained is cut in the weft direction at the regular intervals. The band thus obtained by dividing along the borderlines is coated or impregnated with an ink with a desired color (namely, the band is inked).

CONSTITUTION:A circular flexible sheet 3 revolves around a longitudinal shaft 4 in the bent state from the upper surface of a semicircular supporting board 1 to a guide 2. Therefore, an article transported on a conveyor belt 5 is transferred onto the flexible sheet 3 from the edge part of the sheet 3 and direction- changed by 180 deg. by the turn of the flexible sheet 3, and transferred onto another conveyor belt 5, and advances. For the revolution of the flexible sheet 3, the upper surface of the supporting board 1 is made slidable, and the side close to the supporting board 1 of the guide 2 is constituted from bearings 2a. Therefore, the conveyor belt is made smooth, and the simple constitution is obtained, and he generation of trouble is reduced, and cost cut is achieved, and the flexible sheet is prevented from being applied with an excessive stress, and the life of the flexible sheet can be prolonged.
