    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pattern with a simple structure by improving a pattern used for a green sand mold, and to remarkably improve the operability of a casting stage. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a pattern used for a green sand mold, and obtained by fitting an existent pattern produced by a die or a wooden mold with a lost foam pattern composed of a material disappearing by the heat of a molten metal, and in which, when casting sand is filled and molded, the lost foam pattern is separated from the existent pattern, so as to be stored into the casting sand. Also disclosed is a casting method where a desired molten metal is cast using a green sand mold composed of a material in which a projection part requiring split dies such as a projecting part in a pattern is made disappear by the heat of the molten metal upon the casting, and in which the projection part is separated from the pattern upon molding, and is left in casting sand. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house layered articles with high efficiency by forming a space interposed between an article group of an upper layer and an article group of a lower layer as a travel passage layer of a carrying-in/carrying-out means of the articles, and forming an upper part and a lower part of its desired position as a raising/lowering passage division of a receiving/delivering means of the articles. SOLUTION: While rising, a receiving means 13 approaches (A1) in the arrow direction in which a delivering means 12 is arranged. The respective passing of comb teeth 121 and comb teeth 131 is mutually allowed, and an article 11 is delivered in its process. Then, in order to open the delivering means 12, a sliding movement in the arrow direction is started (A2). The receiving means 13 starts to descend in the arrow direction in the middle of the sliding movement (A3). The receiving means 13 passes through an opening, and in order to close the opening in the middle of it, the delivering means 12 restarts the sliding movement in the arrow direction (A4). The opening is closed, and it returns to a former (A1) condition position, and a delivering work procedure of the article 11 finishes.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tire on comb teeth from sliding to the comb-teeth lengthwise directional both sides by arranging bar-shaped plural forks which protrude in the horizontal direction from a base stand and have the same width so that the adjacent forks become nonparallel to each other. SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle part of a lower stage lifter having a raising- lowering means to house a vehicle in a lower stage cabin, forks 9A to constitute a comb-teeth fork 9 are oppositely and protrusively arranged in the horizontal direction from a base stand 12 in a minimum range sufficient to support a grounding position of a tire of a vehicle, and the other is formed as a space. Here, the forks 9A are formed as a square column having the same width up to the tip from the base stand 12 by forming its cross section in a hollow rectangular shape, and the adjacent forks 9A are constituted so as to be protrusively arranged from the base stand 12 in the horizontal direction so as to become nonparallel to each other. Therefore, an outer peripheral surface of the tire supported by and contacted with the forks 9A, enters between the forks 9A, and the vehicle can be safely moved and transferred wihthout sliding the tire to both the left and right.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise and lower a raising-lowering device without hindrance after a vehicle is transferred to a cabin from the raising-lowering device by forming a retreat structure that plural forks projecting in the horizontal direction from a base stand release projection of the forks in the horizontal direction from the base stand, and delivering the vehicle in the vertical direction to the other base stand from the base stand. SOLUTION: A retreat mechanism is arranged on plural forks 11 projecting in the horizontal direction from a base stand (a raising-lowering frame) 9 of a lower stage lifter so that a vehicle can be carried and smoothly transferred to a lower stage cabin by the lower stage lifter. That is, one ends of the forks 11 of the lower stage lifter are rotatably supported by the base stand 9, and a link arm 13 arranged on the forks 11 or a fork shaft part 12 is connected by individual rods 14, and a multiple parallel link is constituted, and one end of the link arm 13 is connected to a driving cylinder 15. At this time, a rotation support position of the forks 11 is arranged so as to be offset by a thickness dimension or more of a fork member, and the forks 11 are completely housed in the raising-lowering frame 9 by extension-contraction of the cylinder.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the strength of a member for a parking building regardless of an external force from a tower building by a method wherein the tower building equipped with an elevatable device is built independently from the parking building. CONSTITUTION:An elevator device 90 is attached to a tower building 91 in a state that it is freely elevatable as horizontal movement of a cage is constrained and revolvable through a bearing. In this case, the tower building 91 is independently built to a parking building 92 built in a plurality of stage and smooth transfer of a vehicle from a cage is executed by means of an approach through which the two buildings 91 and 92 are interconnected. The tower building 91 and the parking building 92 are of prefabrication structure and independent from each other and the member of the parking building 92 has a strength set to a value high enough to be durable to only its own load when an external force from the tower building 91 is exerted. This constitution reduces a production cost compared with that of conventional equipment and improves parking efficiency by converting the advancing direction of a vehicle in the middle of elevation of a cage.
