摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rapid capping by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for capping a swing stopper type container cap wherein a cap arm 5 supported on the cap 3 of a container 1 and a container arm 6 supported on the container 1 are mutually connected in a freely revolvable manner and the container arm 6 is pushed down in such a state that a mouth part 2 of the container 1 is covered with the cap 3 to return the cap arm 5 to an upright posture to bring the same to a lock state, a lower feeder 11 transferring the container 1 of which the mouth part is covered with the swing stopper type container cap in an upright posture, the upper feeder 12 coming into contact with the upper surface of the cap 3 to revolve at a speed equal to that the lower feeder 11 to feed the container 1 and the arm pushing-down guides 13 arranged at both side positions under the upper feeder 12 and having the clamp arm parts 6d of swing stopper 4 brought into slide contact with the undersurfaces thereof are provided and the guides 13 are inclined downward toward the downstream side in the feed direction of the container in order to push down of the arm slide undersurfaces 13a of the guides 13 from the initial position of the clamp arm parts 6d to the clamp position thereof.
