    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling-off of a wheel of a three wheel traveling vehicle when placed on a position higher than the ground, for instance on a load carrying platform of a truck, by providing an adaptable part locked in the end part of the load carrying platform or the like of the truck in a tip and forming the entire part in a U-shaped guiding groove. SOLUTION: A three wheel step plate 1 is erectedly placed between left and right wheel step plates 3 and used. In this case, by inserting and locking one piece of an adaptable part 5 provided in a tip in a gap formed with the base part of the tilt 7 of the rear end part 2a of a truck load base 2, the step plate 2 is firmly fixed to the rear end part 2a of the load base 2 without falling off. That is, the left and right wheels 12 and 12 of a three wheel traveling vehicle 20 travel on the upper surfaces of the left and right wheel step plates 3 and 4 and one wheel type front wheel 13 travel in the guiding groove 6 of the three wheel step part 1. Thus, the falling-off of the one wheel type front wheel 13 is prevented by the three wheel step plate 1.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a highly economical fresh water generator by providing a device for setting the operation lever of a three-way valve switchable between untreated water and chemical supply in conjunction with clutch means. CONSTITUTION:When clutch means 11 and 32 are operated with an operating lever 22 set in a horizontal position A, a primary and a secondary pumps 2 and 3 are driven, an untreated water is pumped up by the primary pump 2, sent through a three-way valve 5 to the secondary pump 3, delivered under pressure into a filter device 8, purified therein and discharged from an outlet 26 as drinking water. During this time, formalin in a chemical liq. tank 7 is not discharged into the secondary pump 3 by the three-way valve 5. When the operating lever 22 is turned in a standing position B, the secondary pump 3 alone is driven to suck the formalin thereinto through a conduit pipe 20 and the three-way valve 5. The formalin is sent under pressure through a conduit pipe 24, while it is being cleaned and sterilized, and then through the filter device 8 for cleaning and sterilization thereof and discharged from the outlet 26.

    • PURPOSE:To reliably control unwinding and winding of a hose, by a method wherein swing of the support arm of a roller for bending and energizing a hose is transmitted to a drum brake member through a Bowden cable to control a winding drum. CONSTITUTION:A hose 26 wound around a winding drum 4 can be bent by means of an unwinding roller 21 and an energizing roller 24 to unwind it. During unwinding of the hose 26, a support arm 24 of the energizing roller 22 is rotated against a spring 27 by means of tension, a Bowden cable 29, pivotally supported to the support arm, is lifted up to rotate a seesaw lever 31, and a brake member 34 at its tip part is separated from a clutch roller 12. Thus, the winding roller 4 is brought into a rotatable state, and is unwound in linkage with unwinding of the hose 26. But, since, during the stop of unwinding, a tensile force is decreased to return a support arm 22 and the brake member 34 is brought into contact with the clutch roller 12, the winding roller 4 is locked. During winding, clutch rollers 10 and 12 are brought into contact with each other through control of an accel 8 for winding.
