摘要： PURPOSE:To perform grout injection work directly after completing drilling simply and easily, so as to remarkably improve working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This drilling device is constituted so that a rotary casing 7 internally provided with an air supply pipe is hung and connected with an elevatably supported rotational drive device 4 through an air swivel mechanism 6 so as to be rotatably driven, and an air hammer 8 driven by air supplied through the air supply pipe is connected to the lower end part in the rotary casing 7 integratedly rotatably. After the ground is drilled by decided depth, grout supplied from the interior of the rotational drive device 4 through a grout supply passage separately provided from the air supply passage in a rotary shaft body 9 penetrating the air swivel mechanism 6 and a grout supply pipe provided in the rotary casing is injected into the drilled hole.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hard ground possible to be easily drilled even by a small size crane by providing a supporting body with a rotational driving device, a shaft body including air introduction passage and a grout introduction passage, a rotary casing having an air feeding passage and a grout feeding passage provided in parallel to each other, and a down-the-hole hammer. SOLUTION: A crane boom M is lowered in the condition of having a rotational driving device 1 supported by a supporting body, a rotary casing 3 is rotated, a down-the-hole hammer 4 is actuated and ground is drilled by the rotation of the rotary casing 3 and the shock by the down-the-hole hammer 4 actuated by air. Immediately after drilling to the specific depth, grout is injected into the drilled hole passing through the grout feeding passage of a shaft body 2 and a grout feeding line inside the rotary casing 3 through a swivel mechanism 5. Thus drilling can be accomplished without a leader and grout injecting work can be carried out quickly and facilely.

The ground is drilled by virtue of the rotation of a rotary casing 2 driven by a rotational driving device 6 on a temporary scaffold 7 and the shock by the down-the-hole hammer 4. Immediately after drilling the hole to a specific depth, grout is injected into the dug hole through the grout introduction passage of the shaft body 1 and the grout feeding passage of the rotary casing 2.
