    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like bag container which can not only prevent an atmosphere improving agent from being buried in a food but also prevent the atmosphere improving agent from directly coming into contact with the food, can prevent the food from being altered or deteriorated, and also, by which the separation between the container and the improving agent is facilitated because the atmosphere improving agent is not fixed to the inside of the container, and which can avoid harmful effects to the enclosed food by a solvent (an adhesive or the like) for fixing the atmosphere improving agent to the inside of the container.
      SOLUTION: For this film-like bag container, heat-sealing is performed from the outside of a front surface film 1a and a rear surface film 1b of the heat-sealable film-like bag container 1, and a pocket 3 is formed. Thus, the atmosphere improving agent can be housed in the pocket 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially produce a soy sauce having an extremely light color approximately corresponding to color number of JAS 60 and having a flavor of an authentically brewed soy sauce. SOLUTION: A soy sauce stored in a stock solution tank 1 is repeatedly circulated in a circulating route by a circulating pump 2 while keeping a certain temperature by a heat exchanger 4 and subjected to filtration treatment by an NF(nano-filtration) membrane unit 3. The concentrated liquid is stored in the stock solution tank 6 and the filtered liquid is stored in an intermediate tank 5 as a permeated solution. The filtration treatment by the NF membrane is repeated until the concentration of the concentrated liquid reaches a certain value. The permeated solution is subsequently supplied to an adsorption tower 7 by an intermediate pump 6 with a certain flow rate and subjected to adsorbent treatment. The liquid after subjected to the adsorbent treatment is received with a finally treating liquid tank 8. An alcohol is added to the stock solution at the stock solution tank 1 or to the permeated solution at the intermediate tank 5 in an amount not exceeding the amount used under a product standard.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container that prevents oxidation of a liquid and discharges the liquid by a simple operation. In the liquid transport container, the pressure- resistant tank 2 and the inactive gas tanks 3 are allowed to communicate with each other, and the liquid conveyed into the pressure-resistant bank 2 is discharged by pressure of the inactive gas tanks 3.
