摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse blocking device, by which refuse flowing in a river is not collected in the river side intake part of an inlet channel to be surely let flow downstream as it is in the river, thereby eliminating the need of troublesome work such as recovery and cleaning work for the screen surface, and a water level difference is artificially formed in a place where to install an intake, whereby some of river flowing water is let naturally flow into an inlet channel by utilizing the above water level difference without a commercial power supply. SOLUTION: Plural cylindrical screens S where many discs are fixed to a rotating shaft are rotatably arrayed at designated spaces, and arranged in such a manner that a disc of the adjacent cylindrical screen S is inserted in the interval between the discs of the cylindrical screen S to construct a multiple rotary disc screen. The thus constructed multiple rotary disc screen is installed in an intake 3 of an inlet channel. A sheathing board 8 crossing the river 1 is disposed downstream from the intake 3 of the river.

The thus constructed screen is installed in an intake of an inlet channel. A flow velocity lowering means for lowering the intake flow velocity in the downstream of a river of the intake 1 is formed by providing a water cut-off plate 7 adjacent to the river downstream back of the multiple rotary disc screen, and the water cut-off plate 7 is disposed in such a manner as to be projected to the main stream side of the river.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the water intake of the prescribed quantity to a head race through constant filtration of a screen surface with flowing water without removing dust by providing a multiple rotary screen on the head race, and providing a flow speed reducing means to reduce the water intake speed on the river downstream side of the head race. SOLUTION: The number of installation of screen parts of a head race formed of cylindrical screens S of multiple rotary disk type which are arranged in parallel in a frame F is determined so that the screen part is larger than an opening part of the head race. A guide plate 5 is provided along an outer circumferential surface of a disk of the screen S, and the refuse attached to the outer circumferential surface of the screen is flowed in the downstream side. A water sealing plate 7 is arranged on a back side of the cylindrical screen S arranged on the river downstream side among the multiple rotary disk type screens arranged on the head race close to the outer circumferential surface of the screen to constitute a flow speed reducing means. The refuse flowing in the main stream is adsorbed to the outer circumferential surface on the main stream side of the cylindrical screen with the flow-in pressure of the flow-in water, and flows downstream by turning the adjacent screens.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the natural water intake without pumping water up to river purifing facilities by providing the water level difference between an intake and a return port so that the water level of the intake is higher than the water level of the return port by a weir installed between the intake and the return port in a river. SOLUTION: River purifing facilities 5 are arranged adjacent to a river 1, an intake 3 of a head race 2 so as to be opened in the water flow direction and a return port 6 downstream from the intake are arranged facing the main stream side of the river, and a refuse preventive equipment is installed in the vicinity of the intake 3. A weir 7 is installed across the flowing water so as to obtain the water level difference where the water level HW on the intake side is higher than the water level LW on the return port side in the river between the intake and the return port. The height of the weir 7 is determined so that the water level capable of intake of the preset water quantity into the head race 2 can be maintained at the position of the head race 3, and water overflows an upper edge of the weir 7 when the river rises.
