    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and sound absorbing performance of a sound insulating wall by disposing a synthetic-fiber nonwoven fabric mat between a rustproofed surface plate with a large number of openings and a sound absorbing material made of glass wool, having a surface covered with a synthetic resin film. SOLUTION: In a sound absorbing member 1, a nonwoven fabric mat 11 is arranged between a surface material 12 such as a rustproofed punching metal and a sound absorbing material 13, and a periphery is covered with a frame member 17 and a unit block is manufactured. Synthetic resin fibers having weather resistance are entwined with the nonwoven fabric mat 11, and formed in a tabular shape having flexibility by using a bridging agent. The sound absorbing material 13 is formed in a block body constituted by covering glass wool with a synthetic resin film 14. A large number of irregularities 11a and 13a are formed to opposed surfaces respectively in the nonwoven fabric mat 11 and the sound absorbing material 13. A space is formed from a side wall made of concrete, etc., and a frame member 17 section is fixed by bolts through fixture in the sound absorbing member 1. Accordingly, durability and sound absorbing qualities are improved, and a color harmonizing with environment can be executed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the traffic service of a lower road from any possible obstacle by forming a specified work space below a floor board of an elevated bridge constructed along the road and providing a permanent scaffolding consisting of a sound absorption material and eliminating the need for a temporary scaffolding for repair work or the like even if required. SOLUTION: A specified work space is provided below (the rear side) a floor board 1 of an elevated bridge set up on piers constructed along a road where a permanent scaffolding 2 consisting of a sound absorption member 4 is provided. The permanent scaffolding 2 is provided with an openable drop preventive device 5 on the side surface while an entrance to the work space 7 is provided near the piers of the bridge. In the case when it is necessary to inspect, repair and paint and so force the rear side of the floor board 1, it is so arranged that workers may work on the permanent scaffolding 2, thereby reducing traffic noise on a ground road and easing noise hazards in the peripheral areas. In addition to that, a drop preventive device 5 is opened during work so as to prevent a tool or the like from dropping and protect the ground traffic from any hazards. This construction make it possible to enhance work efficiency and safety as well.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound absorbing performance by sucking unhardened inorganic fiber filled in a forming mold having numerous clear holes from the outside of a forming die through the clear holes, forming projected portions, hardening and forming many projected portions on the incident surface, and improving the sound absorbing performance. SOLUTION: A formed die 201 comprises a main body 211 of forming die having numerous clear holes 211a at the positions corresponding to the projected portion of the inorganic fiber sound absorbing material, a lid body 212, and a core material 213. At the time of producing sound absorbing material, the inorganic fiber is filled in a layer shape in an incident direction of noise during the production of sound absorbing material and filled in the main body 211 in such a manner that its density becomes lower than that of the inorganic fiber at the rear side. Next, a forming die 201 is installed at a heating forming equipment, the inorganic fiber filled inside the main body 211 is sucked through clear holes 211a with a suction blower, projected portions are formed and heated and hardened by hot air or the like. By doing this, the inorganic fiber near the projected portions can be formed without being compressed, a drop in incident factor at the projected portion can be prevented and noise in a wide frequency range can be efficiently reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the generation of large single low-frequency impact noise with a simple structure by suspending a glass member from a frame member arranged in an opening part of an outer wall, and while arranging a spring member between the frame member and the glass member. SOLUTION: Window sills 12, 13 are arranged in an opening part 11 of an outer wall, and a frame member 2 is provided in the window sill 12 freely to be slid, and a frame member 3 is provided in the window sill 13 freely to be slid. A glass member 4 is suspended from the frame member 2 through a hinge 5, and while a spring member 6 is arranged between the frame member 2 and the glass member 4. In this case, the frame member 2 is divided to two parts, and the glass member 4 is arranged in each divided frame member 2, and furthermore, a spring member 6 is arranged in four corners of a reinforcing frame 43, which is fixed to the periphery of a glass plate 41 through an elastic member 42. Frequency is lowered to a low frequency lower than the audible sound by the vibration of the glass member 4. The frame member 3 formed as a sash can prevent the intrusion of rainwater and wind. With this structure, excellent residential environment can be provided at a low cost without giving bad influence to the feeling of a resident.
