    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height for each of stories without spoiling habitability. SOLUTION: A floor 7 for each of stories is constructed of a beamless flat plate, and while outer peripheral frames 8 and 9 in the girder-wise direction are provided at the outermost peripheral parts on both sides in the span direction, beams of outer peripheral frames are provided in the form of reversed beams at the upside of the floor. Earthquake-resisting walls are provided at specified intervals in the span direction and the earthquake-resisting walls at each of stories are connected together in the vertical direction, and while the lateral at one side of a series of such earthquakeresisting walls is connected to pillars 10 of the outer peripheral frame 8 on one side, the lateral at the other side is connected to independent pillars 13 at the inside of the outer peripheral frame 9 on the other side. Or both of the laterals on both sides of the earthquake-resisting walls are connected to the independent pillars. A building constructed in a way as mentioned above is used as a multiple dwelling house and while the outer peripheral frame 8 on one side is arranged at the front end of each of balconies 4 of each of dwelling compartments 1, the outer peripheral frame 9 on the other side is arranged at the front end of each of balconies 5 of each of the dwelling compartments 1 or the front end of a shared corridor 6, and each of beams of these outer peripheral framed are made to serve as a balustrade for the balcony or the shared corridor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rational structure as a building such as distribution center, etc. SOLUTION: A main framing in the longitudinal direction is used for truss beams 3 at a long span, and they are borne on the peripheral columns 4 to erect on both sides of a building. As the main framing in the span direction, Vierendeel girder skeleton bodies 6 are adopted, a large number of them are erected among truss beams at specific intervals. Each of the Vierendeel girider skeleton bodies is constituted of a main beam 7, at least two intermediate columns 8, an auxiliary beam 9 between the intermediate columns and an auxiliary column 10 between the auxiliary beam and main beam. Tendons are arranged along lower chords 3a of the truss beams to introduce prestress. The building is used as a distribution center, truck berthes are provided in both side sections, transportation equipment are installed at the overall inside, openings for carrying commodities in and out are ensured between the peripheral columns 4 bearing the truss beams, and the Vierendeel girder skeleton body is used as an installation holder of the transportation equipment.
