摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce hot rolled plate and sheet of low carbon steel with superior cold rolling under low heating energy by hot-processing low carbon steel slab at a low temperature, cooling it by means of both air cooling and water cooling and reeling it at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:Low carbon steel slab is hot-rolled at 1050-1200 deg.C which is lower than the heating temperature 1,200-1,280 deg.C used for usual hot-rolling. The finish rolling temperature is also made relatively low temperature of Ar3 transformation point - 650 deg.C to make grains rough and soft. The heat-treated slab is cooled so that it is air-cooled at the average cooling speed of 10-20 deg.C/sec for >=4 sec in the first half of the cooling table and water-cooled at the average cooling speed of >=30 deg.C/sec in the latter half and is reeled at 480-600 deg.C. As the result, the edge- most portion is sufficiently recrystalized and soft hot-rolled plate with even quality to the width direction without loss of acid washing can be produced under low heating energy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality, precision metallic disk having flatness as well as smoothness as a mirror surface by increasing a coated amount of lubricant to the surface of a discoid metallic material in a 2nd coining time as compared with in a 1st coining time. CONSTITUTION:An opposite condition is required that the amount of lubricant to the surface of the material is desired to be poor to obtain smoothness as the mirror surface while the coated amount of lubricant to the surface of the material is desired to be rich to obtain flatness. Therefore, the coated amount of lubricant in the 2nd coining time is made to be more than the coated amount of lubricant in the 1st coining time. This is to improve the flatness obtained in the 1st coining time. As a result, the smoothness of the surface of the metallic material is equal or superior after coining to before coining.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a metallic plate whose surface roughness is small by forming many linear grooves in which at least one end thereof reaches an edge of blank material to specific surface roughness, and forming them uniformly so that a parameter PCI for showing the number of crests becomes a specific value. CONSTITUTION:Softening and annealing are performed to a circular blank material of an aluminum alloy, and thereafter, on the surface of the blank material, surface patterns shown by figures (a)-(c) are formed. In the figures (a), (b), and the figure (c), linear grooves whose both ends reach an edge of the blank material are formed by cutting work and grinding work, respectively. These linear grooves are formed so that surface roughness Ra, Rmax and a parameter PCI for showing the number of crests at the time measuring them by 20000-fold longitudinal magnification in the vertical direction become 0.03-0.20mum, 0.3-2.0mum and 25-150/mm, respectively. In this state, a lubricant is applied to the surface of this blank material, and thereafter, by placing it between the upper and the lower die whose pressure surface is smooth, coining is executed. In such a way, it does not occur that the lubricant is confined and the surface roughness is deteriorated, and a metallic plate whose surface is small can be manufactured by coining.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a camber at the rolling time of an embossing by arranging the dull roll of the roughness complied with the embossing pattern in opposing to the roll with pattern and adjusting the rolling reduction rate of both rolls. CONSTITUTION:The dull roll 2B rolling a metal strip 1 together with a patterned roll 2a is arranged in opposition to the patterned roll 2A subjected to an embossing. The roughness of the dull roll 2B is selected according to the embossing pattern and the rolling reduction rates of both rolls 2A, 2B is adjusted according to the embossing pattern. For example, in case of the embossing pattern being fine and complicated, the surface roughness of the dull roll 2B is made larger and the rolling reduction rate is made smaller. In case of the embossing pattern being simple, the reverse setting to the above is made. In this way the C camber of the embossing pattern giving rolling time can be prevented and the yield of the product is improved.

In this way, the take-up tension from the plate thickness change point gradually decreases and unlike in conventional methods, taking up of the outside wound coil under abruptly decreasing take-up tension is obviated and therefore the slip which had hitherto occured at the rewinding in skin-pass rolling mills may be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve polishing property of an Al-Mg aluminum alloy plate after annealed by wrapping and sealing the plate with an aluminum foil of >=99.0wt% purity and then annealing it. CONSTITUTION:On annealing the Al-Mg aluminum alloy plate, the plate is wrapped and sealed with an aluminum foil of >=99.0wt% purity and then annealed. For example, an aluminum alloy plate after deposited is sealed with aluminum foil of >=99.0wt% purity wrapping around the side, front and back surfaces thereof. This aluminum foil prevents oxygen fro entering onto the surface of the aluminum alloy plate during annealing. It also preferentially oxidizes during annealing to absorb oxygen existing in the inside of the package and to inhibit formation of a hard MgO layer caused by high temp. oxidation of the surface of the aluminum alloy plate. Thereby, polishing property of the plate after annealed is improved.
