    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing a pipe transfer system and a device therefor which have simple construction and are inexpensive and simple to handle and sanitary, and are suitable particularly for granular substances of raw material of food, or the like. SOLUTION: In this device, each cyclone upper cover and covers provided with air bleeder pipes 24, 34 and overflow pipes 25, 35 can be freely changed. A cover in which a connecting pipe 14 to a holding tank 9 from the lower part of a cyclone 3 is provided with an air blowing port 38 is made as a washing cover 39. The upper region of a connecting pipe 16 to the upper part of a cyclone 10 from the upper end of the holding tank 9 is provided with an air bleeder 37 and the lower end of the holding tank 9 is provided with a changeover for drainage. A washing outlet cover 29 provided with an air blowing port 27 and a drainage port 28 is applied to a region from which the connection to the cyclone 3 and equipments is removed. To the feeding port end part of material to be treated, a washing pipe 33 provided with a warm water or steam injection pipe 30 and a switching pipe drain cover 31 for drainage and a hot air connecting pipe 32 is attached.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer which exhibits a sufficient sterilizing effect by wet heat by steam, has an improved operability in dealing with various kinds of raw materials, facilitates the change of preparatory plans, does not impair raw material quality, eliminates non-unformity through agitation, is of a fluid type capable of sufficiently exhibiting the sterilizing effect by wet heat and prevents the deterioration of quality, of dyestuff, tissues taste and etc., of the materials to be sterilized. SOLUTION: This sterilizer is provided with a vessel body provided with a supply port for the materials to be sterilized at the top end in a hermetic state and is provided with a discharge port 3 for the materials to be sterilized at the lower end and an agitating cylinder 5 which rotates from the supply port to the discharge port. Many rails are disposed at the inside wall of the cylinder to control the number of revolutions of the agitating cylinder or the angle of inclination of the vessel body. The vessel body is internally provided with a supply pipe 25 for steam and a frame 22 is provided with the rotation supporting rollers 21 of the agitating cylinder. The frame is moved on rails 23 installed into the vessel body to make the agitating cylinder freely removable from the inside of the vessel body. The vessel body is provided with spiral windings 9 which are connected to the inside of the agitating cylinder and the supply port for the materials to be sterilized and are covered by the cylindrical 8 freely movably into and out of the vessel body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an immediate influence upon raw materials even in the case of start in the opening operation of the valve at a supply port or discharge port by reducing the direct contact of raw materials on a valve seat partitioning the pressure of the supply port or discharge port as much as possible, to eliminate sticking and engaging into the valve as well and to also prevent the trouble of the equipment such as a solenoid valve by increasing a passing amount and preventing objects to be sterilized from being scattered outside. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a can body 4 for which a port for supplying the object to be sterilized is provided at one upper end part in a sealed state and a port for discharging the object to be sterilized is provided at the other lower end part, and the supply pipe for steam is installed inside this can body. Concerning such a sterilizing machine, a pair of valves 30 and 31 are provided to be freely opened/closed for partitioning pressure at the supply port and discharge port for the object to be sterilized, dampers 54 and 55 are provided for dropping the raw materials in respective hoppers 52 and 53 while being interlocked with the mutual opening/closing of a pair of these valves, a pair of valves 30 and 31 are linked through guide cylinders 42 and 42a to the hoppers 52 and 53 added with a pair of dampers 54 and 55, and heated and pressurized gas is sucked into and exhausted from this cylinder 42a by the solenoid valve.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfectioning machine that prevents its rounding trunk from being stuck by matters to be disinfected improves the accuracy of adjusting the time for disinfection by decreasing unevenness of the time for disinfection and by making a rounding trunk in the style of using a screw or an agitating propeller. SOLUTION: In a disinfectioning machine, a can that has a supply port 2 for matters to be disinfected at its upper end being tightly sealed, an exhaust port 3 for matters to be disinfected at its lower end and an agitating trunk 5 that rounds at the position from the supply port to the exhaust port are arranged. In the can, a supply pipe 25 for steam are arranged and a rotation holding roller of the agitating trunk is set at a frame 22 that can be freely detached by moving on a rail 23 attached in the can. A spiral coil which is covered by a tube and connected with the inside of the agitating trunk and the supply port for matters to be disinfected is arranged as it can be freely inserted into and pulled out the can. In this disinfectioning machine, moves around the supply port and the exhaust port are connectedly controlled through the passing time at a disnfectioning part. Spiral coil 9 extended through the whole length of the agitating trunk 5 or an agitating propeller is settled.
