摘要： PURPOSE:To cool down liquefied gas below standard boiling point using a simple construction through the process consisting of injecting noncondensing gas in the liquefied gas, letting the liquefied gas evaporate in the forth of the noncondensing gas taking out the both in mixture state and lowering the vapor pressure of the liquefied gas in a container. CONSTITUTION:When noncondensing gas B is injected in the liquefied gas in a container, the liquefied gas evaporates in the froth of the noncondensing gas B so that the liquefied gas itself is cooled down while the evaporation latent heat taken away. The evaporation pressure of the liquefied gas A in the gas in the gas-phase part of the container lowers when the mixture C of the vapor of the liquefied gas A and noncondensing gas B is released outside the container through a discharge port 4 and the liquefied gas is cooled down below standard boiling point depending on the partial pressure thereof. Thereby, the liquefied gas can be cooled down using a simple construction and the desirable choice of generation temperature and cooling capacity is possible by selecting the combinations of the liquefied gas and noncondensing gas so that a wide scope of application becomes possible.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a table combustion of discharged gas by a method wherein a circumferential wall of a burn bond part is constructed at a desired height with its top end being in horizontal and an overflow passage is arranged at an outer circumference of the wall. CONSTITUTION:In a device for combustion processing with a bubble cap arranged at a burn bond, a circumferential wall 3 i the burn bond part 2 is constructed at a desired height with its top part 4 being in horizontal and an a overlfow passage 5 is arranged to enclose the circumferential wall 3. The a overflow passage 5 is provided with a water passage 9 communicating with a water storage tank 8, the water storage tank 8 equipped with a circulation pump 10 for use of supplying the water to the burn bond 2 to form a circulation circuit. In this way, since a specified amount of water is always overflown from a circumferential wall of the burn bond part, a water level in the burn bond part is always kept constant, and waves generated by air bubbles, wind or the like are diminished together with the overflow water, with the result that the water surface is kept calm; therefore, a back pressure of the gas in the bubble cap is stable, a generation of air bubbles and combustion are made smooth and then a flame transfer is also facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To vary a position of an injecting part to correspond an amount of gas to be discharged without using any opening or closing valve by a method wherein a depth of installing the gas injecting part is varied in sequence to have some bubble caps arranged in series. CONSTITUTION:In a device for performing a combustion processing with bubble caps arranged at a burn bond part, combustible discharged gas to be fed through a header pipe 7 passes through a sub-header pipe 6, and is supplied to each of riser pipes 5a, 5b and 5c to depress down a water level 9 in bubble caps 1a, 1b and 1c under the supplying pressure. In case that an amount of gas is relatively low, at first, the gas is injected from a group of caps 4a of which installing depth in the gas injecting part is shallow, a burner 8 is ignited to start combustion of gas. When the amount of discharged gas increases to rise a gas feeding pressure, the water level 9 is decreased, and the gas is injected in sequence of groups of cap 4b to 4c. In case that the amount of discharge gas decreases, in turn, the flame is diminished in an order of the groups of cap 4c, 4b and 4a.
