The mechanism also has a second direction altering member 6 having a spread from a side 61 formed at an angle of -45 degrees to a side 62 formed at an angle of +45 degrees of a sheet feeding direction and disposed at its vertex in parallel with the vertex of the member 5. Means 8a, 8b for controlling advancing direction of the sheet are provided at least at one of before the member 5 and after the member 6 are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reduction of the volume, and reduce an environmental load by a method wherein a plurality of polyhedron shaped air bubbles which are formed of a plurality of polygonal films, and have a sealed gas chamber inside are bonded. SOLUTION: A cushioning material 10 is constituted of a plurality of polyhedron shaped air bubbles 11, and the polyhedron shaped air bubble 11 is formed of a plurality of polygonal films 12. Such a cushioning material can be formed so as to meet the shape of an article to be packaged such as a precise machine, in the same manner as an expanded plastic. Also, compared to the cell of an expanded plastic, it is an aggregate of extremely large polyhedron shaped air bubbles, and the volume can be reduced by using a cutter, etc., on the market, after the usage. For the shape of the polyhedron shaped air bubble 11, from the viewpoint of a production, a tetrahedron which is constituted of four triangles, is preferable. In addition, when the tetrahedron is formed in such a manner that after a film is formed into a cylindrical shape for one time, a sealing is performed so as to be orthogonal to the axial direction of the cylinder, it is desirable that respective two triangles among the four triangles have the same shape.

SOLUTION: An air bubble sheet 10 prepd. by using a polyvinylidene fluoride resin prepd. by graft-polymerizing a crystalline fluororesin on a fluororubber comprises a cap film 11 prepd. by applying uneven processing on the surface of this material and a flat back film 12 and both films are laminated by such a method as hot welding. Air bubbles 13 prepd. by sealing recessed parts of the cap film 11 are formed thereby. Therefore, based on the characteristics of the polyvinylidene fluoride resin, as it is excellent in flame retardancy, heat resistance, chem. resistance and weatherability and is hardly stained and is easily processed by cutting and handled, it can be used for an insulating sheet for a filmy structure and agricultural applications and for pharmaceutical uses, etc.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an article to be packaged from positionally slipping or being damaged by a method wherein for a packaging box which pinches the article to be packaged between two elastic sheets which are spanned on the openings of top and bottom, a pair of supporting means, the elastic sheet comprises of a plastic film on which a large number of protuberances are formed by applying an embossing process. SOLUTION: An article X to be packaged, is pinched between upper and lower supporting bodies II, III on the openings of which elastic sheets IV, V are respectively spanned, and the whole body is placed in this packaging box I, and a lid is placed to finish the packaging. In this case, a plastic film on which a large number of protuberances are formed by applying an embossing process, is used as the elastic sheets IV, V, and for the material, an ethylene-vinyl acetate based copolymer, etc., are used. Also, the box I and the supporting means II, III are formed of cardboard or corrugated fiberboard, and for the elastic sheets IV, V, a large number of protuberances are formed by applying embossing process on a single site catalyst polymerized polyolefine film, and on the bottom parts of the protuberances, a flat and the same kind of polyolefine film is welded, and by doing so, a bubble cushioning sheet may be formed.

SOLUTION: A hollow structural body is constituted of a plurality of polyhedral cores formed of films or sheets. e.g. two cores 33 of triangular pyramids each constituted of two sheets of right-angled triangles with the same shape and a ratio of the sides of 1:2 :3 and two sheets of right-angled isosceles triangles with a ratio of the sides of 1:1:2 and a core 34 of triangular pyramid being symmetric with respect to a plane or a core 33 of the triangular pyramid and two cores 34 of the triangular pyramids are sticked together in such a way that both faces of symmetric right-angled triangles are clasped in prayer to obtain a triangle prism 32 with the top and bottom right-angled isosceles triangles. When two of these triangle prisms are combined, a cube 31 is obtd. A hollow structural body can be easily constructed by using this cube 31 as a secondary unit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work to house an article to be packaged into a box by providing a pair of top and bottom supporting means which are integrally formed of a continuous plate continuous with ends of vertical supporting plates and whose corners near the connecting plate of the vertical supporting plates are made into a tapered form by cutting, in a so-called hammock packaging type packaging box. SOLUTION: On the top and the bottom of a connecting plate 1 of dimensions corresponding to the internal dimensions of a box, internal vertical supporting plates 3A, 3B for top and bottom supporting bodies, horizontal plates 2A, 2B having an opening respectively, and external vertical supporting plates 4A, 4B are provided. Also, corners adjacent to the internal vertical supporting plates 3A, 3B, of vertical supporting plates 5A, 5B:6A, 6B which are provided on the right and the left of both horizontal supporting plates 2A, 2B, are diagonally cut off to form a blank 1. Then, the openings of this blank 1 are spanned with an elastic sheet, and a supporting body which is formed in such a manner that the horizontal supporting plates 3A, 3B are confronted to each other, and respective vertical supporting plates 3A-6A:3B-6B are vertically bent to the horizontal supporting plates 2A, 2B, is installed in a square cylindrical box, and a box to be packaged is obtained.
