摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the increase of a cost by the wasteful carrying over of a liquid crystal and to produce inexpensive liquid crystal cells of stable quality in spite of continuous injection by providing a liftable injecting member for bringing the liquid crystal of a liquid crystal chamber into the injection hole of the liquid crystal cells. CONSTITUTION:After the ladled-up liquid crystal 16 sufficiently covers the injection hole of the liquid crystal cell 14, a vacuum system is switched to air suction to admit air into a pressure resistant vessel 11 in which the vacuum state is maintained. The liquid surface of the ladled-up liquid crystal 16 is thereby pressurized. The ladled up liquid crystal 16, therefore, flows into the liquid crystal cells 14 and the injection of the liquid crystal 16 is completed. The injecting member 17 is thereafter lowered by operating a mechanism 20 for lifting the injecting member to return the injecting member 17 to the home position (in the liquid crystal chamber 15). Finally, a cap is opened and a cassette 13 set with the liquid crystal 16 into the liquid crystal cells 14 is repeated in such a manner. The wasteful use of the liquid crystal is eliminated in this way and the stable liquid crystal injection is possible.
