    • PURPOSE:To save energy by operating a turbine under low load conditions by providing a steam ejector between a boiler and a pressure regulating valve, and connecting an accumulator disposed at a steam outlet of the turbine to said steam ejector. CONSTITUTION:A pressure control valve is attached to a steam supply pipe 13 connecting a boiler 11 and a turbine 12. A valve 16, steam ejector 17 and valve 18 are sequentially attached to a by-pass pipe 15. A steam outlet of an accumulator 24 is connected to the steam ejector 17 through a steam supply pipe 25. When the steam passing through the turbine 12 is excessive for the process, it is branched through a branch pipe 22 to the accumulator for a temporary storage. Thus, operation in response to low loading conditions and a rapid change in loading conditions becomes possible, resulting in saving energy and saving manufacturing processes.

    • PURPOSE:To economically and effectively prevent white smoke from a stack of a burning facility, etc., by providing a duct for making the vicinity of an outlet of the stack for discharging exhaust gas communicate with an outlet of a ventilator of a housing. CONSTITUTION:The vicinity of an outlet of a stack 1 is connected to an outlet of a ventilator 7 via a duct 8. Accordingly, exhaust gas of an incinerating boiler containing much moisture is diluted with the air in a housing, and its absolute temperature is lowered. The absolute temperature of the exhaust gas can be lowered to about 30% of a humidity before mixing according to a capacity of an exhaust air fan of the ventilator 7. On the other hand, a temperature after mixing is slightly lowered by diluting. However, since influence of a decrease in an absolute humidity is large, it follows that a trace lower than a saturated moisture curve of the air even in the process of diffusing in the atmosphere as a temperature falls and the absolute humidity decreases after the exhaust gas is discharged from the stack. Accordingly even if the temperature of the atmosphere is low, it prevents moisture becoming water droplets thereby to obviate generation of white smoke.
