CONSTITUTION:An antiblocking agent for rubber consisting of (A) 50-98pts.wt., preferably 60-95pts.wt., expressed in terms of solid, water dispersible material, consisting of one or more selected from colloidal silica, colloidal aluminum hydroxyde, acrylic resin emulsion, etc., and (B) 2-50pts.wt., preferably 5-40pts. wt. anionic surfactant, e.g. fatty acid salt, alkyl suflate, etc., and/or nonionic surfactant having 3-16 HLB, e.g. polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, sorbitan ester of a fatty acid, etc. An aqueous solution of the above-mentioned antiblocking agent is applied to the surface of an unvulcanized rubber and dried to produce adhesion preventing effect.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a vehicle for a printing ink having excellent heat resistance by condensation-polymerizing a particular polyamine component with a particular aliph. monocarboxylic acid component and a particular polyhydric carboxylic acid component. CONSTITUTION:A polyamine component (A) of the formula (wherein R is a 2-3C alkylene; and n is 1-5) (e.g., ethylenediamine or diethylenetriamine) is condensation-polymerized with an OH group-contg. 3-22C aliph. monocarboxylic acid component (B) (e.g., 2-hydroxypropionic acid), 16-100wt.% polybasic carboxylic acid component mainly composed of a polymerized fatty acid (e.g., one comprising 0-5wt.% 18C monobasic acid; 16-100wt.% 36C dibasic acid, and 0-30wt.% 54C tribasic or higher acid) under such conditions that the acid equivalent of B component/the acid equivalent of C component is 0.05-1.0 and the amt. of the polyamine component is substantially equivalent to the amt. of the carboxylic acid component. Thus, there is obtd. a vehicle for a printing ink having excellent heat resistance which comprises a polyamide resin for gravure ink useful for printing of a plastic film.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an acrylic resin composition which is rendered sufficiently antistatic without detriment to its transparency and heat resistance, by kneading an acrylic resin with an alkali metal sulfonate and glycerol fatty acid ester in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:This acrylic resin composition is prepared by kneading 100 pts.wt. acrylic resin with the following components (A) and (B) in amounts to give a weight ratio of 20/80-80/20 and a total of 0.2-5 pts.wt. said component (A) is RSO3 or a compound of the formula (wherein R is a 8-22C alkyl and X is an alkali metal) and said component (B) is glycerol fatty acid ester (wherein the acid has 12-22 carbon atoms and the monoglyceride content is 70wt.% or above). When the amount of component (A) is above this range, the transparency of the acrylic resin is adversely affected, and when the amount of component (B) is above this range, the antistatic effect is not sufficient. When the total of the amounts of these two components is smaller than 0.2 pt.wt., the antistatic effect is not sufficient, and when this total is above 5 pts.wt., the antistatic effect is not improved further and side effects such as stickiness of the surface of a molding arise.
