    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a coating film, which has excellent performance such as waterproofness, an antiblocking property, weather resistance, efflorescence resistance and a frost damage preventing property, excellent finished external appearance and a high heat-shielding property, on an inorganic base material by water paint, and to provide a coated body obtained by this method.
