SOLUTION: In the coating equipment for forming the multicolor pattern coating film by applying >=2 color coating materials on a belt like material to be coated moving at >=10 m/min possesses a coating apparatus in which a plurality of spray coaters each having >=2 coating material discharge nozzles are fixed to a coater supporting body, each coating material spray nozzle is arranged to face the material to be coated and >=2 colored coating materials having different colors from each other are discharged from at least 2 coating material discharge nozzles of each spray coater, and a coating material supply apparatus for supplying >=2 colored coating materials stored in separated tanks to each coating material discharge nozzle of each spray coater through a pump and a local ventilation apparatus for collecting the coating material dust produced in the spray coating are provided.

SOLUTION: This multicolor patterned adhesive sheet comprises a multicolor patterned paint film layer formed by a spray coating method for forming multicolor patterns on a moving sheet using spray coating devices having 4i2 discharge nozzles for coatings or inks in which the respective discharge nozzles are arranged toward a surface to be coated of the sheet, discharging the coating or ink mutually different in coating color from at least the >=2 discharge nozzles of the respective spray coating devices, forming a polychromatic sprayed pattern in which the coatings or inks different in coating colors are mixed and forming the multicolor pattern on the sheet in the adhesive sheet prepared by laminating (1) a transparent base sheet layer, (2) the multicolor patterned paint film layer, (3) an adhesive mass layer and (4) a mold release sheet layer.

CONSTITUTION:Processing laser is applied to a minute film flaw part caused by dust or an oil droplet to remove the film flaw part along with the dust or oil droplet to form a minute recessed part 8 to the surface of a film. Thereafter, the solid coating material 16 (e.t., two-pack type paint composed of a polyol resin/polyisocyanate compound system) capable of forming a film fixed to the single surface of a sheet 15 (e.g., fluororesin sheet) having surface tension of 10-60 dyne/cm in a lumpy state in a releasable manner is pressed and transferred to the minute recessed part 8 and cured. As a result, the film flaw part can be simply repaired without requiring labor and a time and a lowering of the film capacity of the repaired part is not almost generated.

The repairing paint 10 is deposited in the recess 8, the region practically corresponding to the recess 8 is irradiated by a processing laser beam 11 to melt the paint 10, and the paint 10 flows and is then cured in the recess 8. As a result, the defective part can be conveniently repaired without needing time and effort, and the coating film performance is hardly deteriorated.
