    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common-mode choke coil which can suppress common- mode current and has little influence on transmission signals, even in a high-frequency (several hundreds of MHz to several GHz). SOLUTION: This coil is provided with a inscribed dielectric substrate 2, forming a dielectric layer inside a hollow of a magnetic body 1 composed of a ferrite core. Two pairs of conductor lines 3, 4 having a parallel plate electrode shape, each functioning as a coil, are provided on both main surfaces of the dielectric substrate 2 which functions as a magnetic core so as to form parallel tracks. The coil is constituted, such that a characteristic impedance Zb formed by a differential mode inductance Le in a minute zone generated by the parallel tracks and the magnetic core and a minute-zone capacitance Cx constituted between the parallel tracks, is equal to a matching impedance Zo. At operation with a common-mode current Ic causing electromagnetic interfering waves, the minute-zone capacitance Cx does not affect, while a combined inductance Lc between the input and the output suppresses the common-mode current Ic.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a block filter used for both the single carrier and the SS system by forming an inverted-L type low pass filter by an inductor using a TM core with high permeability and an inductor using an SN core with an excellent frequency characteristic. CONSTITUTION:The inverted-L shape low pass filter is formed by employing the inductor L1 using TM core with high permeability, the inductor L2 using an SN core having an excellent frequency characteristic and a capacitor C1. The capacitor C1 is connected to a neutral line and the inductors L1, L2. A capacitor C2 is connected between live lines at the side of the indoor output terminal. A varister VA is connected to the live line and the neutral line at the side of the outdoor output terminal side. Thus, the small sized, light weight and inexpensive block filter used for both the single carrier type or the SS system for single phase three wire system is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter being used by inserting a wire into the wire inserting hole of a magnetic core and having such a structure as the size can be reduced while preventing positional shift of the wire.
      SOLUTION: A bend of sinusoidal curve, or the like, is provided between openings at the opposite ends of the wire inserting hole of a magnetic core. Since friction is increased between the inner wall of the wire inserting hole and the wire surface, positional shift is reduced and since the wire inserting hole is longer than a conventional linear wire inserting hole, contact length between the wire and the magnetic core is lengthened. Consequently, inductance or impedance is increased for the same size as compared with a conventional one resulting in reduction in size.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized inexpensive line filter where normal choke coils capable of automated windings are provided, and its assembling manufacture is simple, and further, its finishing completeness is high. SOLUTION: In this equivalent circuit of a line filter, the winding start and termination of its winding are respectively connected with the terminals of the terminal bases positioned at the opposite ends of a bobbin to each other, whereon they can be wound mutually and automatically. Consequently, a normal choke coil 3 of one side has lead-wire tying portions at a set of squeezing-pin terminals 6a, 5a of the terminal bases. Similarly, a normal choke coil 4 of the other side has lead-wire tying portions at a set of squeezing-pin terminals 5b, 6b of the terminal bases. In this case, since the direction of a magnetic flux Φ1 and a position P1 of the winding start in the normal choke coil 3 having an inductance L1 are made opposite respectively to the direction of a magnetic flux Φ2 and a position P2 of the winding start in the normal choke coil 4 having an inductance L2, effective dealing with the normal-mode noise of the line filter is made possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a common-made choke coil in which the number of components constituting a bobbin is reduced so as to easily control the components by a method wherein the bobbin is formed in such a way that two cylinders which are arranged in parallel and to which a winding operation is performed and an insulating partition plate which comprises a pedestal in the central part in the length direction of the cylinders and which comprises claws to be fitted to the pedestal at both ends are molded integrally. SOLUTION: In a bobbin 1 for a common-mode choke coil, two cylinders 2 which are arranged in parallel and an insulating partition plate 3 which comprises a pedestal 20 in the central part in the length direction of the cylinders 2 and in which claws 4 to be fitted to the pedestal are provided at both ends are formed integrally. Then, in the pedestal 20 at the common-mode choke coil, notches 6 which agree with cylindrical parts are formed in side faces 5 which face in the length direction of the cylinder 2, recess 8 to be fitted to the claws 4 are provided on two side faces 7 which are at right angles to the side faces 5, and a through hole 9 through which the lead-out wire of a winding is passed is formed in the bottom face 21. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the common-mode choke coil in which the number of components is reduced, which is assembled easily and whose mass productivity is enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and reduce the cost by accommodating a magnetic path magnetic core in an insulating case, and then, passing a guide, which is spiral and outside or inside of which a groove or a passage hole is made, through the magnetic leg of the magnetic core, and inserting the tip of a wire rod into the groove or the hole of the guide, and pushing out the wire rod. SOLUTION: A closed magnetic pat magnetic core 5 is accommodated in a resinous insulating case 1, and then, a guide 3 which is spiral and inside of which a groove 6 is made is wound by one to two turns around the magnetic foot of the closed magnetic with magnetic core 5, and a wire 4 is passed into the groove 6 of this guide 3, and the wire 4 is pushed out. The wire 4 is made spiral in the same form as the spiral guide 3. The guide 3 having a groove 6 inside is used, but it may be provided outside. Moreover, a guide with a passage hole will do. Hereby, the work efficiency of winding to the closed magnetic path magnetic core can be improved sharply, and a low-cost closed magnetic path magnetic core can be obtained.
