摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded material having lightweight, excellent rigidity, a comfortable feeling of nonwoven cloth and a high-grade appearance by using a sheetlike material for molding without air permeability and capable of being performed in vacuum, pressure molding and readily subjected to deep drawing processing. SOLUTION: (A) A piece of nonwoven cloth 1 composed of usual polyester fibers is laminated with (B) a piece of nonwoven cloth 2 composed of heat- fusible polyester fibers and (C) a filling resin layer 3 composed of a synthetic resin. The nonwoven cloth (A) forms at least one surface layer. A piece of nonwoven cloth containing usual polyester fibers can be used as the nonwoven cloth (B). The objective molded material is obtained by heat-molding a sheetlike material for molding having the above constitution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a bonding agent layer of desired thickness on a base evenly and cement a surface material thereon by turning over a bonding agent applying mold on a bonding agent layer, removing excessive powder bonding agent and releasing the base with the bonding agent layer formed thereon out of the bonding agent applying mold. CONSTITUTION:The method comprises the base forming process for forming a base 15 by means of a mold 13 and the loading process for loading the base 15 in a top force 22 of a bonding agent applying mold 23 in which a powder bonding agent A is stored while molding heat is retained by the base 15 after being released out of the mold 13. Also the method comprises the bonding agent layer forming process for turning over the bonding agent applying mold 23 and applying the powder bonding agent A to the base 5 to form a bonding agent layer and the process of turning over the bonding agent applying mold 23 and removing the excessive powder bonding agent A. Then the releasing process for releasing the base 15 with which the bonding agent layer is formed out of the bonding agent applying mold 23 follows.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a seat back cover so that wrinkles caused by folding, even if formed, do not leave traces behind, that it is lightweight and soft to the touch, that the collapse of the raising of a surface cover material can be prevented, that it is easily molded into a predetermined three-dimensional shape, and that it can easily be attached to a back pad, together with a seat surface cover. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method involves using polypropylene type stamping foam having a closed cell structure, as a soft base material, and vacuum molding a seat back cover 2 by causing vacuum pressure to work thereon from the base material side of a laminate to which a surface cover material is bonded. The seat back cover 2 is sewn to the part of a seat surface cover 1 and the entire surface cover is sewn into the shape of a three- dimensional bag which can be attached to a back pad.
