    • PURPOSE:To shorten a time of supply and to enhance precision of supply by intermittently supplying liquid chemical until the preset value of measurement while the weight of liquid chemical to be supplied is measured and gradually shortening the time of supply for the respective sections in this intermittent supply as the weight of liquid chemical approaches the preset value of measurement. CONSTITUTION:While the weight of supplied liquid chemical is measured, this liquid chemical is intermittently supplied until the preset value of measurement. The time of supply for the respective sections in this intermittent supply is gradually shortened as the weight value of measurement approachs the preset value of measurement. For example, the liquid chemical is continuously supplied by utilizing a large measurement valve SV1 and a small measurement valve SV2 until the correction value of changeover value. When the weight of the liquid chemical reachs this correction value of changeover value, the valve SV1 is closed and intermittent supply is performed by repeating the opening and closing of only the valve SV2. In this case, the time of supply for the respective sections is gradually shortened as the weight value of measurement approachs the preset value of measurement. As a result, the time of supply can be remarkably shortened and precision of supply can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the error by an operator and to always uniformly and precisely introduce a liquid chemical into a measuring tank by controlling the opening degree of a valve provided to an introducing route to meet the increase in the amt. of the liquid chemical to be introduced thereby regulating the inflow rate into the measuring tank. CONSTITUTION:The height of a liquid level in the measuring tank 4 is kept detected at all times by an ultrasonic oscillator 5 provided to the upper part of the tank. A control part 17 calculates the volume of the liquid chemical introduced into the tank 4 from the height of the liquid level in accordance with the signal from the oscillator 5 when a factor to determine the required amt. of the liquid chemical is inputted thereto. The control part 17 changes the opening degree of a supply valve 10 at all times to meet the amt. of the liquid chemical which is actually supplied with respect to the required amt. of the liquid chemical. For example, the opening degree of the valve 10 provided to a piping 11 from a stock tank 1 is automatically adjusted to 20% when the supply rate of the liquid chemical attains 80%. The opening degree is adjusted to 0% at 100% supply rate. The measurement error is minimized by controlling the introducing rate of the liquid chemical in the above-mentioned manner.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of stably controlling traveling of cloth by detecting speed of rotation and disorder of normal and reverse rotation of rotary roll by a detecting plate to be revolved in an integrated way with the rotary roll to follow traveling of cloth and to turn and a sensor to continuously detect the movement of the detecting plate and to convert the movement into an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A detecting plate 11 to be rotated in an integrated way with a rotary roll 10 to follow traveling of cloth 6 and to turn is set, a sensor 12 to continuously detect the movement of the detecting plate and to convert the movement into an electrical signal, a sensor 13 which is set at a position different from that of the sensor, continuously detects the movement of the detecting plate in a shifted phase and converts the movement into an electrical signal and the sensors are connected to a control device 14. When there is something abnormal in speed or normal and reverse rotation of the rotary roll, the failure is converted into an electrical signal and sent through the detecting plate and the sensors A and B to a discriminating means (1, 2), compared with an electrical signal at a memory means (1, 2) which has previously memorized a normal signal and when there is disorder, traveling of the cloth is stopped by drive suspending signal. Since speed and normal and reverse rotation can be controlled, traveling cloth can be maintained more stably than a conventional method.
