摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an aromatic woven and knitted fabric having a durably favorable aroma and not damaged basic physical properties such as handle, fastness to dyeing, etc. CONSTITUTION:Aroma substance-sealing microcapsules having completely sealed an aroma substance with a wall film are dispersed or stuck to the surface or the back of woven and knitted fabric comprising yarn having single yarn denier of >0.7 denier or the interior of fiber texture with an elastic resin binder. The ratio of the aroma substance-sealing microcapsules to the elastic resin binder is 2:1 to 1:5 by weight and pickup of both the microcapsules and the binders is 0.3-7.0% weight of the woven and knitted fabric of the stuck part.

CONSTITUTION:The aimed stocking obtained by charging stocking subjected to dyeing and fixing treatment into a bath of a treating agent obtained by uniformly blending a perfume-enclosed microcapsule, preferably made of wall material of urea-formalin resin, etc., and having 5-20mu granule size with a binder, preferably consisting of a silicone based resin (emulsion of organopolysiloxane) contained each at a weight ratio of 5:1-1:5 and various kind of chemicals dissolved in water and further blending buffer therewith to keep the blend to pH3-6 and subjecting the stocking to heat treatment at 20-80 deg.C for 15-30min to bind the perfume-enclosed microcapsule to the stocking with the resin binder and then subjecting the treated stocking to dehydration, drying and finishing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an aromatic fiber structure of high durability and persistence by mixing perfume-containing microcapsules and a resin binder at a specific weight ratio and fixing them in the fiber structure. CONSTITUTION:Perfume-containing microcapsules using a formalin resin such as urea-formalin resin, melamine resin as a capsule wall material and a resin binder such as a silicone resin, preferably an organopolysiloxane are mixed at a weight ratio of 2/1 to 1/5 to prepare an emulsion. A fiber structure, especially a structure containing extremely fine fibers less than 0.7 denier/single fiber and having a void volume of less than 80%, (such as yarns, woven, knitted and nonwoven fabrics) is dipped or printed with the emulsion to fix the microcapsules in the gaps or spaces in the fiber structure whereby said perfume- containing microcapsules of 1 to 50% particle sizes are obtained containing in an amount of 0.3 to 7% owf.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a microcapsule composed of a vermin-proofing agent included in a wall membrane composed mainly of a formalin resin and to obtain a vermin-proofing fiber such as sheet, curtain or stockings having durable vermin-proofing effect by attaching the microcapsule with a binder. CONSTITUTION:A core substance compound with a vermin-proofing agent (e.g., 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol) is emulsified together with urea or melamine in water, an aqueous solution of formalin is added to the emulsion, the obtained mixture is heated at 70 deg.C under stirring to effect polycondensation reaction and the reaction product is filtered and dried to obtain a microcapsule containing a vermin-proofing agent. The size of the capsule can be controlled in the range of 2-300mum mainly by the power of agitation and the concentration of emulsifier. The content of the wall membrane is 3-50wt.%. The microcapsule is compounded with 1-2 times weight of a binder (e.g., silicone resin) and a vermin-proofing fiber containing 0.3-7.0% of the above components is produced by the immersion, padding, coating, etc., of the mixture. Vermin-proofing effect is developed by the gradual breakage of the capsule caused by friction.
