    • PURPOSE:To enable the improvement of the whole operation rate of plural looms, by grasping the raw fiber-supplying states of each of the looms in real time, calculating fiber exhaustion times from the information on the raw fiber supply-keeping times and raw fiber-waiting times of the loom, adjusting an controlling the retaining times ranging from the calculation to the lighting of a lamp and subsequently performing a fiber-piecing work. CONSTITUTION:The remaining amounts of warps and wefts in process are momently measured for each frame of plural looms to grasp the raw fiber- supplying states in real time. The supply-keeping times and waiting times of the raw fibers are calculated from the information on the stock amounts of the raw fibers and warp beams, the arriving times and amounts of the raw fibers, etc., and subsequently inputted into means A and B directing the retaining times ranging from fiber exhaustion times to the lighting of a lamp. The directions of the retaining times outputted from the retaining time-directing means A and B are adjusted through an adjusting means and the lighting of the lamp is subsequently controlled. Thus, the waiting time of each loom is suitably set for the loom, thereby permitting the improvement of a fiber-piecing work.

    • PURPOSE:To offer the device which can predict a load state of each process, even in the case of manufacturing plural kinds of products whose process sequences are different, at the time of calculating the load state in each process of a manufacturing line consisting of plural processes. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a process throwing-in schedule input means 1 for inputting a product code, quantity and a process throwing-in schedule date of a product scheduled to be thrown into a process. Also, this device is provided with a process setting-about state recognizing means 2 for recognizing the product code and the quantity with regard to the product which is being set about in each process. A data base for determining the process in which the product passes through and its sequence, and the time required for a working processing in each process at every product is provided. Based on the data from the process throwing-in schedule input means 15 the process setting-about state means 2 and the data base, a load corresponding to a prescribed working processing day in each process is calculated at every product, and a separate process load arithmetic means 3 for counting up a result of operation at every process and at every prescribed working processing day with regard to all products is provided.
