摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a transfer sheet and a dyeing method using the same in which a dyed product having superior cleanness and dyeing quality level can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A method for dyeing using a transfer sheet has a mold release layer at one side, a coating layer containing sizing agent and adhesive on its outer layer in such a manner that a transfer rate of the agent and the adhesive to cloth when the coating layer side and the cloth are matched and pressed at 1-4kg/cm is 98-100%, and comprises the step of applying dyeing ink to an endless belt having a smooth surface and nonpermeability by an ink jet system. Then, the method also comprises the steps of absorbing the ink on the belt to the coating layer side of the sheet, removing solvent, then matching the layer side of the sheet and the cloth, press-bonding the both, transferring the agent and the adhesive absorbed with the ink of the layer of the sheet to the cloth, and then color developing it.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a printed product having excellent sharpness and density by an ink jet system by printing a fabric by the ink jet system using dye ink and subsequently drying the printed fabric so as to set the same to specific moisture content. CONSTITUTION:After a fabric is printed by an ink jet system using dye ink, the printed fabric is dried so as to be set to moisture content of 3-30%. As a result, the fabric is printed up to the inner layer part thereof and a sharp high density printed fabric having no printing like appearance can be obtained. By this method, uniform printing of extremely fine lines can be also made possible and printing of good quality is efficiently made possible in all of fields and this printed fabric can conform to the diversification of fashion from a practical aspect.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an ink-jet printing method capable of printing a functional substance such as metal powder which cannot be incorporated in an ink. CONSTITUTION:An ink containing a component capable of insolubilizing an adhesive is applied to an adhesive layer on a substrate by an ink-jet process, a functional substance is brought into contact with the applied ink to effect the adhesion of the substance and the non-fixed functional substance is removed. As the fourth embodiment of the invention, an ink containing a component to eliminate the adhesivity of an adhesive is applied to a substrate, an adhesive containing a functional substance is brought into contact with the ink to effect the adhesion of the substance and the non-fixed functional substance is removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for printing a fabric, by which a printed product having excellent brightness and printing grade is obtained according to an ink jet method. CONSTITUTION:A fabric is dyed with a dye ink according to an ink jet method to form a desired printed pattern. In this method, a treating liquid containing at least one selected from carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate, at least one selected from water-soluble acrylic resins and maleic acid-based resins and at least one selected from water repellents and softening water repellents is preapplied to a fabric, which is then printed with the dye ink according to the ink jet method. Thereby, the dye is fixed to the fabric.

CONSTITUTION:Transfer paper comprises a coated layer composed of a sizing agent and a tacky agent at one side and has 50-98% transfer ratio when fabric is piled on the coating layer side of the transfer paper and both the fabric and the transfer paper are pressed under 4kg/cm . In a printing method using the transfer paper, dye ink is applied to a non-permeable endless belt having smooth surface by ink jet method, the dye ink on the endless belt is absorbed in the coating layer side of the transfer paper, the solvent is removed, the fabric is piled on the coating layer side of the transfer paper, both the fabric and the transfer paper are pressed, the sizing agent and the tacky agent having absorbed the dye ink in the coating layer of the transfer paper are tranferred to the fabric and then the fabric is colored.
