摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring shaft inclination control method whereby the shift of the position of a borehole can be monitored at each moment without stopping the rotation of a boring shaft and a boring shaft position correcting method whereby the position of the borehole is corrected. SOLUTION: A plurality of boring shafts 1 are connected together by a connector 3 at their respective parts slightly above a bit part, and a horizontal boring shaft 4 projecting from the connector is provided on an orthogonal line passing the center point of a straight line connecting the axes of the boring shafts 1 together. A clinometer 7 for measuring the inclination of the connector 3 caused by the inclination of each boring shaft 1 is fixed in position either inside the connector 3 or on the upper surface of the connector 3 between the axes of the boring shafts 1, so that the inclination of the end of each boring shaft 1 can be controlled at each moment on the ground according to information about the X-Y direction position of the connector 3, which is provided from the clinometer 7, and information about boring depth near a bored part. A method for correcting the position of each boring shaft includes pressing the earth wall of the borehole by moving the horizontal boring shaft 4 back and forth, thereby changing the inclination angle of each boring shaft 1.

CONSTITUTION: A cutter 100 for excavation is composed of a main cutter 3, to which four radial cutter spokes 3b are installed in a bendable manner, and a diameter expanding cutter 4 rotatably mounted at the front end of the main cutter 3 by a pin 15. The diameter expanding cutter 4 is formed in a cutter shape that a distance from the center of revolution 25 to a cutter edge is equalized approximately extending over the whole circumference of the direction of rotation or reduced towards the outer circumferetial side from the inner circumferential side in the direction of rotation. After an excavation is performed using one end of the elliptical cross section of the structure 1, the cutter 20 is narrowed by means of a narrowing mechanism 31 and the tower 12 is disconnected from the shaft 11 so that the cutter 20 is lifted to a predetermined depth by means of a crane 14 and then the tower 12, cutter 20, and rotary table 13, all together, are moved horizontally by means of a crane 9, and the cutter 20 is set at the other end of the elliptical cross section of the structure 1 and the tower 12 is fixed again to conduct excavation.

And the excavation diameter of the cutter 20 is changed to control the resistance of the blade edge thereby to correct the direction of a caisson 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform easy and high-precise setting of a rope life by a method wherein the number of vertical movement reversing times of the rope of an excavator is counted and stored even during OFF of a power source, and when the counting value attains a set value, a rope replacing alarm is sounded. CONSTITUTION:The preceding and current values of the output of a reversible counter 22 for detecting a depth are compared with each other and it is discriminated whether a rope direction is reversed. During a time.in which a direction is not reversed, an output pulse from a sensor 17 is continuously counted by means of a dead zone counter. When reversing of vertical movement of the rope is detected, it is decided whether a value of the dead zone counter, i.e., the length of an unwound or wound rope after the rope is reversed at a preceding time, is below a preset dead zone set length, and when the length of the rope is therebelow, the dead zone counter is reset. When it exceeds the set length, the number of reversing times is computed and a value of the stored number of reversing times is incremented by one. It is decided whether the number of reversing times attains the set number of reversing times, and when it does not attain, the dead zone counter is reset and when it attains, a rope replacing alarm is sounded.
