摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a tunnel in a simple execution at low costs by continuously setting rings being circumferentially stacked one by one with substantially trapezoidal resin coated segments to be changed alternately in its direction in the axial direction of the tunnel. SOLUTION: A recess part is formed by providing an outer frame for concrete on a substantially trapezoidal frame member 11 comprising a curved bottom plate 12 made of thermosetting resin, a ring side long side face 13, and a ring side short side face 14. Filling of concrete in the recess part constitutes a substantially trapezoidal resin coat segment. The substantially trapezoidal resin segment 1 is stacked successively in the circumferential direction being changed alternately in its direction to form a ring. Next, a tunnel is constructed by continuously setting these rings in the axial direction of a tunnel. As a result, a tunnel can be constructed by one kind of segments, thus the execution can be done with ease at low cost.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin-coated segment with a simple structure and superior water-tightness and, besides, with great pressure strength by filling concrete member into a thermosetting resin mold member comprising two connection surfaces and a bottom plate. SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin trapezoidal mold member 11 is constituted of a curved bottom plate 12, a ring side long side face 13, and a ring side short side face 14. Anchor pins 17... are provided at the bottom plate 12 for preventing separation of concrete material. Also, anchor ribs 18, 18, 19, 19 are integrally molded for preventing separation of concrete material at the bottom plate 12, ring side long side face 13, and ring side short side face 14. In addition, a resin-coated segment is constituted by filling concrete material into the mold member 11, and a shield tunnel is constructed by assembling a plurality of segments. In this manner, resin-coated segments can be obtained which have a simple structure, superior water-tightness, and a strength sufficient to maintain the compression of a tunnel.

These two kinds of reaction solutions are mixed together, and are supplied to a prescribed clearance. In this way, when a covering outside surface of a steel pipe 1 covered with an anticorrosive covering material 2 is covered with a protective member 3 composed of the norbornane type polymer mold, a product which has no flange part and is excellent in appearance can be obtained.
