摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a sure fitting construction of a glass in which dewing is hardly generated and watertightness, airtightness, and fireproofing are excellent, by fitting the glass to a fitting frame made of fiber reinforced concrete embedded on the inner circumferential part of the opening of a wall panel. CONSTITUTION:A glass fitting frame A is embedded on the inner circumferential part of an opening 2 formed on a wall panel 1 constituted as a PC panel. The glass fitting frame A is constituted of a lower frame 3, an upper frame 4, and vertical frames. A glass fitting part 3a and a thick wall part 3b are on the upper side of the lower frame 3, a glass fitting part 4a and a thick wall part 4b are on the lower side of the upper frame 4, respectively formed continuously in the lengthwise direction. Next, glass fitting parts, thick wall parts, and anchor parts are respectively formed on the vertical frames. All these parts are manufactured by extrusion molding. Further, fitting of the lower frame 3, the upper frame 4, and the vertical frames are fixed by placing concrete after temporarily fitting them into an external wall panel manufacturing formwork.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent dewing, increase both water and air tightness, and securely fit a fitting frame and glass, by burying a fiber reinforced concrete glass fitting frame extruded and molded in the inner periphery of the opening in a wall panel and then fitting a glass in the glass insertion groove of the fitting frame. CONSTITUTION:An opening 2 is provided at the wall panel 1 and a fiber reinforced concrete glass fitting lower frame 3 is buried in the inner periphery of the opening 2. A glass insertion groove 3a and a rising part 3b for receiving dewing water are formed in series in the longitudinal direction of ther lower frame 3, and further, at the lower side of lower frame 3, dovetail anchors 3c, 3c and a hollow 3d are formed in series in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 3. On fitting the lower frame 3, the lower frame 3 previously extruded in the molding frame for producing the outer wall panel is temporarily fixed and concrete is placed in the molding frame to fit simultaneously the lower frame 3 with production of the wall panel 1 after curing, and then the lower end of glass 5 is fitted in the groove 3a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiency mass-produce a radio wave absorber with excellent waterproofness only by simply fixing radio wave absorbing sticks to a frame body by continuously producing the radio wave absorbing stick through drawing molding. SOLUTION: A glass fiber bundle as an aligned inorganic fiber bundle 1 is continuously supplied and the glass fiber bundle is impregnated with a vinyl ester resin as a thermosetting resin 2. Besides, as a radio wave absorbing member 3, paper of width 8 mm composed of carbon fiber of a specified resistance is continuously supplied. The glass fiber bundle 1 impregnated with the resin 2 is abutted to a roll, opened and led into a metallic mold 4, and paper is led into the metallic mold 4 (heated to 100 to 150 deg.C) so as to be positioned at the center of the glass fiber bundle 1 and drawn by a suitable drawing means 8 so that a radio wave absorbing stick 5 having a rectangular cross section can be provided. The radio wave absorbing stick 5 is cut at every length of 4 m by a cutting member 9. In this case, a suitable waterproofing means is applied to an end face of the radio wave absorbing stick 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a highly accurate lightweight radio wave absorption panel by fixing a plurality of ferrite based molded items absorbing radio wave to a groove part made in the surface of a first fiber reinforced concrete layer and then placing a second fiber reinforced concrete layer such that the ferrite based molded items are embedded. CONSTITUTION:First layer fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) is placed in outer forms 7 by a predetermined thickness and then inner forms 9 is installed thereon. The first layer FRC is pressed by the floats 8 of the inner forms 9. Then inner forms 9 is eventually removed and a plurality of ferrite based molded items 3 absorbing electromagnetic wave are fixed to each groove part made on the surface of the first layer FRC by the floats 8 of the inner forms 9. Subsequently, a second layer FRC providing a structural panel 2 is placed on the first layer FRC such that the ferrite based molded items 3 are embedded.

The fire-resistive board 5A has a resistant film 7 of carbon fibers or the like on its surface or its inside and a reflector 9 of a metallic panel or the like on its reverse side. The resistant film 7 has a surface resistor of carbon fibers or the like exhibiting a resistance of 10-550 Ω. The reflector 9 is formed of a metallic plate, foil or net.

Thereby, since the extrusion molding material consisting of fiber- reinforced concrete is used for the fitting frame, dew condensation can be restrained, and also the strength is not inferior to the aluminum sash, the glass can be securely fixed, and fire resistance and heat resistance can be enhanced, and also even a fitting frame of a complicated cross-section can be easily produced.
