摘要： PURPOSE:To successfully deal with the weak point of a conventional construction method by a method wherein a ground is excavated down to a given depth from the upper layer of the central part of a scheduled underground structure to build a vertical shaft, and a space is constructed in a ground from the vertical shaft serving as a starting point by a shield construction method. CONSTITUTION:A shield machine is radially augered gradually downwardly from a vertical shaft 1 to form a tubular shaft part 4 serving as the shaft of a roof R of an underground structure. A bedrock between the adjoining shaft parts 4 is horizontally excavated continuously throughout a range of from a base end on the vertical shaft 1 side to the tip of the shaft to form tubular roof tubes with which the roof R is formed and form the roof part R. After or simultaneously with formation of roof tubes 5, a side wall W is built in the shape of a cylinder vertically downward from the roof tube 5 on the tip side of the shaft part 4, serving as a base. This method enables reduction of the area of the occupied site of a ground and enables suppression of an influence exercised on a ground to a minimum value.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress an influence exercised on a ground to a minimum value by a method wherein a ground is excavated down to a given depth from the outer peripheral part or the upper layer of the central part of a scheduled underground structure to build a vertical shaft, and a space is built in a ground from the vertical shaft serving as a starting point by a shield construction method or other like. CONSTITUTION:An annular base for building the side wall of being the outer peripheral part of an underground structure is build by circulation a shield machine 2 arcuately in a plane from a vertical shaft 1 positioned on the outer peripheral part of an underground structure. A cylindrical continuous side wall W is built vertically from the base. A shield machine 2 is planely spirally and helically augered from the vertical shaft 1 positioned at the central part of the underground structure to form a tubular dome D in a shape in which rings for forming the roof part of the underground structure are vertically interconnected. This constitution enables suppression of an influence exercised on a ground to a minimum value, and enables construction of the underground structure without being influenced by the presence of an existing underground structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable simple and sure working of an underground continuous cut-off wall by making hardening slurry and stabilizing liquid flow into a dug hole and stirring them by means of a laminate body pierced through in a zigzag form. CONSTITUTION:Hardening slurry 3 is made to flow in a hole 2 dug to a given depth by a stabilizing-liquid excavation method wherein digging is made by using stabilizing liquid 1 whose main content is bentonite water. The hardening slurry 3 and the stabilizing liquid 1 are stirred by a stirring device 4 provided in the dug hole 2 and then hardened, thereby an underground continuous cut-off wall 5 being constructed. The stirring device 4 is a laminate body formed by arranging plural number of metal panels 7 in plural number of layers and piercing holes 8 are provided in a zigzag form by means of mesh plates having several numbers of piercing holes 8. The stirring device 4 thus formed is hung down into the dug hole 2, stirring the slurry 3 and the stabilizing liquid 1 jetted out from a discharge port 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine the setting position of draining materials as well as to detect the settling amount of the draining materials by layer group by a method in which draining materials with an object to be detected are driven in the ground, and a tube with a sensor is driven in a position adjacent to the draining material. CONSTITUTION:A paper draining material 1 with an object 2 to be detected is put into a drive tube 1, and the tube 1 is driven to a given temperature into the ground. The tube 1 is then pulled out and the draining material 1 is left behind in the ground. A sensor 4 is set at a position adjacent to the material 1. The position of the draining material 1 in the ground can thus be grasped by the sensor 4. Also, when the position of the sensor 2 at the time of detection differs in value from the position when driven to the previous given depth, by the difference, the consolidating and subsidence amount of the ground can be detected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a medical fluid injector wherein a slurry obtained by stirring a reactive alumina source, lime and gypsum in a state of a suspension is concentrated and a hardening promoter is added to said slurry, and the slurry thus processed is injected into the ground by a pump, thereby to efficiently carry out the injection of the medical fluid. CONSTITUTION:An alumina source charged in a stirring tank 1 is ground down by a stirrer 2 in a comparatively dilute suspension state, and further lime and gypsum are added thereto. The mixture suspension is concentrated in a concentration separator 5 by means of a slurry pump 4, and surplus water is returned from a pipeline 10 to the stirring tank 1. The slurry 8 thus obtained is added with a hardening promoter in a storage tank 7, and injected continuously in the ground by means of a slurry pump 9.

When the stirrer 4 is vertically moved inside the pit 2, the mixture of the stabilizer liquid 1 and the solidifiable slurry 3 is divided by a metal panel 7 with large numbers of through holes 8 and then mixed with the mixture coming into the stirrer 4 from the other metal panel 7, where a turbulent flow occurs in the mixture to promote the mixing action. Therefore, the needs for reinforced concrete work or concrete work as in the conventional cases can be eliminated and the construction work can be performed economically and simply.
