摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the waste disposal place having a large volume as compared with the site area, capable of being constructed at a low cost and without causing environmental deterioration by making the water level in a waste dumping space surrounded by the underground continuous wall extending to the impermeable layer slightly below the groundwater level. CONSTITUTION:Waste 10 is dumped in the space 5 filled with water 6, and the water level 7 rises. Accordingly, the water in the space is pumped up by a pump provided, and the level is kept slightly below the groundwater level 8 outside. Since the water pressure in the space is lower than the outside water pressure, sewage in the space does not flow out to the outside. Consequently, the continuous wall can be built at a low cost, a water stopping work at the bottom is dispensed with, and the dumping space can be dug close to the lowermost end of the continuous wall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable an easy installation of a caison in the prevention of inclination of the caison, by sinking the caison down on the ground below a caison's cutter which is previously uniformed by the use of sand or gravel piles. CONSTITUTION:The ground, where a caison 2 is sunk and is below a cutter 3, is first replaced with sand piles or gravel piles 1. When the caison 2 is laid down on the sand pile 1 group, and excavating is repeatedly performed at the inside of the caison 2 and the part of the sand pile 1 being below the cutter 3, and thus, the caison 2 is sunk for installation. Excavating below the cutter 3 is performed gradually by the use of high-pressure jet 4 and the like in order to avoid a unbalancing sinking. On the other hand, a sand compaction process and so on, which is adopted for installation of sand piles and sand drain, can be considered as the method of installing the sand piles 1.

Therefore, a cone-shaped space naturally formed on the lower part in the silo main body 1 can be restrained to a minimum by controlling opening/closing of the valves 8.
