摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an illumination apparatus for growing turf on an indoor sports yard having a dome structure, etc., with decreased electric power consumption without causing the obstacle to the utilization of the sports yard. CONSTITUTION:A reflection plate 1 is supported with supporting legs 4 interposing a small gap between the illuminated face for the growth of turf. A low infrared-radiating lamp 2 is held on a surface of the reflection plate 1 opposite to the illuminated face. Preferably a three band fluorescent lamp is used as the low infrared-radiating lamp 2. An opening 12 for ejecting carbon dioxide gas is opened on the supporting leg 4 or the reflection plate 1 to supply carbon dioxide gas to the turf growing surface. The length of the supporting leg 4 is adjusted to narrow the gap between the illuminated face and the low infrared- radiating lamp 2 to an extent not to cause the leaf burn on the grown turf. Each supporting leg 4 has a castor 10 to enable the transfer of the illumination apparatus out of the sports yard in the pausal stage of illumination.

In summer time, the window panels are positioned indoors 6 while the planting blind 13 is installed as an outdoor blind.
