    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe forepoling method in which a bit can be easily recovered even in excavation in a cohesive soil layer and a driven steel pipe can be easily removed so that the mouth of the driven steel pipe does not interfere with supports. SOLUTION: In this multi steel pipe forepoling method, a tunnel boring machine 5 is provided with steel pipes 1 as forepoling steel pipes and drill rods 2 housed in the steel pipes 1. A bit 3 is equipped at the tip of the drill bit 2 to drill driving holes for these steel pipes 1 at every specified distance along the vicinal position of the outer peripheral line of the tunnel section in the forward side of a cutting face and drive the steel pipes 1 into the natural ground E as forepoling steel pipes for the tunnel cutting face. A hardener is injected in the peripheral natural ground E while making use of the forepoling steel pipes as injection pipes for reinforcing the ground. In this forepoling steel pipe method, Left-in-place bits are used to recover only an inner bit, while leaving the tip of the bit 3 equipped in the tip of the drill rod 2, and the steel pipe 1 is fixed to the bit 3 to drive the pipe by drilling and pulling it in. A notch 1d is provided at the rear end of the steel pipe 1 to impart blows to cut it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injecting method and device in steel pipe prelining construction method capable of securing operators' safety by preventing an insert pipe from being pushed out as the result of the buildup of injection pressure, and of providing a uniform discharge by setting a plurality of discharge openings in predetermined positions or of solving the problem that the material injected is pushed out by a spring water and cannot be injected into the natural ground. SOLUTION: A prelining steel pipe 1 is placed in a tunnel working face, and a plurality of discharge holes are fastened in predetermined positions in an insert pipe 2 which is inserted into the steel pipe 1. Injection pipes 5 communicated with the outside of the rear end of the steel pipe 1 from the discharge openings are extended along the insert pipe 2 and a caulking device 3 is provided in a predetermined position. The insert pipe 2 is inserted into the steel pipe 1 and the inside of the steel pipe 1 is caulked by the caulking device 3. Injection hoses are connected to the ends of injection pipes located outside the steel pipe 1, whereby a material to be injected is injected into all the pipes at the same time and into the natural ground to reinforce the natural ground.
