    • PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction work by a method in which a recessed coupling portion is provided on the inner walls of an underground structure, a bottom board is horizontally set on the inside lower part of the walls, couplers are protruded toward the bottom board side and coupled with the coupling portion, and a hardening agent is placed on the lower part. CONSTITUTION:An angular or cylindrical underground wall 1 is constructed on the ground's surface and settled into the ground while excavating the ground. Recessed coupling portions 2 are provided in mutually facing manner on the lower part of the wall 1. A PC concrete bottom board 3 is placed horizontally on the inside lower part of the wall 1, and a turnable coupler 4 is housed in a housing 5 provided on the side of the bottom board 3 and connected with the coupling portions 2 by bolts 6 of H-shaped steel. Concrete mixed with a miscible liquid capable of hardening the concrete even in water is placed on the lower part of the wall 1. The scale of the processings can thus be made smaller and the hardening agent 8 can be quickly cured.

    • PURPOSE:To increase drawing resistance of pillars by a method in which an underground continuous wall whose lower end is expanded in formed in the lower parts of the pillars along the pillar row and the superstructure is supported by the underground continuous wall as a foundation pile so as to supplement the shortage of bearing force. CONSTITUTION:An underground continuous wall 3 of reinforced concrete structure is formed in the lower parts of pillars 1 in the core portion and its peripheral portion before a superstructure is constructed. The lower end of the wall 3 is widened to an extent of as much as two times larger than the upper part of the wall 3, by which the superstructure such as the pillars 1, etc., is supported. The shape of the wall 3 may be formed into a comb form, but not a constantly bottomed form. The planes of the building may have not only square form but also various forms of round, star, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To exactly set iron bars by a method in which a horizontal iron bar part is set on the lower end portion of an iron bar cage in such a way as to enable an underground continuous wall with an expanded bottom to be constructed under a condition that it can be extended in the widthwise direction, and horizontal iron bars are set on the expanded bottom portion where the horizontal iron bar part is extended in the widthwise direction. CONSTITUTION:A trench A for an underground continuous wall with expanded bottom is excavated, and an horizontal iron bar 1 to be provided to the lower end of the trench A is attached to the lower part of an iron bar cage 2 in a folded manner. A cross lower end bar 3 set to be inclined to a turn table 5 is provided in a desired number to the horizontal iron bar 1 with expandible width dimensions in the widthwise direction. The iron bar cage 2 is erected to a given depth, and the cross lower end bar 3 is turned around the pins 6 as shafts and also opened in such a way that its widthwise dimension is extended at a right angle to the turn table 5. Since the horizontal iron bar 1 can be exactly set on the expanded bottom of the continuous wall trench A, the shearing reinforcement and concrete amount can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To brake a falling specimen in the lower end space of a falling tower so as to securely stop it with out any strong shock by arranging elastic plate members, the through hole diameters of which in the center of the falling tower are gradually reduced at intervals of plural stages. CONSTITUTION:Many rubber made elastic disc plate members 3, 3', 3'' having circular through holes 4, 4', 4'' in their centers are arranged at intervals in the lower end space of a falling tower 1 formed underground and the diameter of any plate member is reduced as its position is lower. Elastic plate members 5, 5', 5'' having no holes are arranged in the same way below them and a fixed damper 6 such as a spring, etc., is provided on a bottom for emergency. Accordingly, the falling specimen (payload) 2 gradually receives a gradually growing frictional resistance successively from the elastic plate members 3, 3', and its falling energy is effectively absorbed to be stopped. In an emergency, it stops by the aid of the elastic plate members 5, 5'... and the fixed damper 6 and safety may be secured. Therefore, the falling energy of the experimental specimen is not drastically absorbed to be surely stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the coating work of a pile by a method in which a coater whose lower edge having a brush is matched with the peripheral size of a pile is attached to the pile, a coating material is charged into the coater, and while the pile is erected downwards, the periphery of the pile is coated with the brush. CONSTITUTION:In coating the periphery of a pile using a coater consisting of a tool 1, a brush 2, a hinge 4, and connecting pins 5, a pile 6 is erected, the tool 1 is set around the pile 6, connected with the pins 5, and fixed to the ground's surface by stays 7. A coating material 8 is charged into the tool 1, and as the pile 6 is erected downwards, the coating material 8 is adhered to the periphery of the pile by the brush 2. The amount of the coating material to be coated is easily controlled by regulating the erecting speed of the pile 6. Since the coating material 8 is coated on the periphery of the pile at the same time as the pile is erected, needs for curing during the coating application period can be eliminated at all.
