摘要： PURPOSE: To automatically dye a material to be dyed in an excellent handle by spraying a dyeing solution on the material to be dyed in a hung state between vertically opposing arms, vibrating and pressing. CONSTITUTION: In dyeing a looped material to be dyed, the material to be dyed is hung between vertically opposing arms 1 and 2 in a dyeing tank 8 and the upper arm 1 is driven and rotated. A dyeing solution is sprayed from either of the arms 1 and 2 while circulating and moving the material 3 to be dyed around the arms 1 and 2 or the material 3 to be dyed is impregnated with the dyeing solution in a state in which the dyeing solution is injected to an upper position of the lower arm 2 in the dyeing tank 8. A pair of pressing parts 4 and 5 are laid with the material 3 to be dyed therebetween. The pressing part 4 is pushed against the material 3 to be dyed and a vibrating part 49 attached to the other pressing part 5 is vibrated to rub the dyeing solution into the material 3 to be dyed.

CONSTITUTION: This dyeing apparatus is composed of a dyeing tank 3 provided with a rotatable hollow arm 1 for holding a dyeing material 4. The apparatus is provided with plural suction holes formed on the supporting part 11 for supporting the dyeing material and constituting a part of the hollow arm 1 and with a discharging part 5 for air. The air sucked through the suction hole into the hollow part of the hollow arm 1 is discharged from the hollow part to the outer atmosphere through the discharging part in the rotated state of the hollow arm 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain blended paper capable of releasing perfume similar to nondrying state over a long period of time without causing complication of production process and excellent in antimicrobial property by blending a dried piece in which perfume component of grass tree remains with pulp and making the blend into paper. SOLUTION: A dried piece containing a perfume component, in which perfume component of grass tree such as Alpinia speciosa K. Schum remains, having shade similar to that before drying is blended with pulp and the blend is made into paper to provide the objective blended paper capable of processing into a free shape without impairing perfume in non-drying state of grass tree. Furthermore, this perfume emitting body is preferably produced by drying a mixture of dried powder in which the perfume component remains with a binder, and the dried piece is produced by branching, drying and grinding grass tree containing the perfume component.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce labor in dyeing by controlling a liquid injecting part, a liquid circulating part and a liquid discharging part, changing dyeing solutions, dyeing promoter solutions and mordant solutions and spraying the solutions to a material to be dyed. CONSTITUTION: In dyeing a material to be dyed such as Oshima pongee with a dye of tree or plant, a dyeing solution such as an extracted solution of Rhaphiolepis umbellata is injected through a liquid injecting part 1 to the dyeing tank 6 by a control part 4 in state of the material to be dyed hung between a pair of upper and lower arms 64 and 65 installed in a dyeing tank 6. The dyeing solution passed through the bottom part of the dyeing tank 4 through a main route 46, a liquid circulating part 2 consisting of a valve 33 and a pump 34 and optionally through a heating part 7 is spayed from the lower arm 65 upon the material to be dyed being circulated and moved by revolution of the upper arm 64. The material to be dyed is imparted with the dyeing solution which is passed through the above route from the main route 46 while being jetted again. A valve 3 is opened, the dyeing solution is discharged, then a valve 9 is opened and cooling water is made to flow along the inner wall of the dyeing tank 6 and cooled. Then, a dyeing promoter solution such as lime water and a mordant solution such as a DOROZOME (mud dyeing) solution are successively injected through the liquid injecting part 1 to the dyeing tank 6 and the material to be dyed is treated by the same steps to complete dyeing.
