    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aviation fuel oil base material originating from an animal and vegetable oil which has a high yield of the aviation fuel oil base material and exhibits excellent low temperature performance. SOLUTION: The method for producing the aviation fuel oil base material includes: a first step of hydrogenating raw oil containing a mixture of two or more kinds of animal and vegetable oil having different fatty acid composition and a sulfur-containing hydrocarbon compound in the presence of hydrogen; and a second step of hydroisomerizing the hydrogenated oil obtained in the first step in the presence of hydrogen. In the mixture of the animal and vegetable oil, the total content of each fatty acid composition having a 9-15C fatty acid carbon chain is 50-70 mass% and the ratio of respective fatty aid compositions having a 11C, a 13C and 15C fatty acid carbon chain is 10-60 when total content of fatty acid composition having a 9-15C fatty acid carbon chain is defined as 100.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition suitable when a lead-containing metallic material is used in a sliding part.SOLUTION: The lubricant composition is obtained by incorporating, in a lubricant base oil (A): at least one kind of phosphorus compound (B), which is selected from the group comprising the phosphorus compounds shown by general formula (1) and/or general formula (2), metal salts of them, amine salts of them and derivatives of them by 0.01-0.1 mass% in terms of a phosphorus amount; and 0.05-1.0 mass% of an epoxy compound (C). SOLUTION: The method for producing an aviation fuel oil base includes: a first step wherein a raw material oil containing an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon compound of vegetable oil and animal fat origin is brought into contact with a first bifunctional catalyst, which has dehydrogenation and hydrogenation functions and contains a group 6A metal and a group 8 metal of the periodic table and an amorphous solid acidic substance, in the co-presence of hydrogen, thereby hydrogenating the raw material oil and obtaining a first produced oil; and a second step wherein the first produced oil is brought into contact with a second bifunctional catalyst, which has dehydrogenation and hydrogenation functions and contains a group 8 metal of the periodic table and a crystalline solid acidic substance, in the co-presence of hydrogen, thereby hydrogenating and isomerizing the first produced oil and obtaining a second produced oil that contains an aviation fuel oil base.
