    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film used in the manufacture of a plasma display panel which includes a new forming process capable of forming efficiently a dielectric layer with a large thickness.
      SOLUTION: This is a transfer film used in forming a dielectric layer in the plasma display panel, and has a support film and on top of the support film, a film forming material layer which is composed of a paste composition containing glass powder, acrylic ester resin, and a solvent, and of which the film thickness is 30-200 μm. This film forming material layer is transferred on the surface of a glass substrate fixed with an electrode and calcined, and the dielectric layer is formed having a thickness tolerance of ±5% or less.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display element which keeps a line of a bank sectioning between pixels at a desired width and in which unevenness of an edge part of the bank is suppressed.SOLUTION: An organic EL display element 1 includes: a substrate 2; a TFT 3 as an active element provided on the substrate 2; a planarization film 4 covering the TFT 3 on the substrate 2; an anode 6 disposed on the planarization film 4 and connected to the TFT 3; an organic light-emitting layer 9 disposed on the anode 6; a bank 8 sectioning between pixels by defining a region where the organic light-emitting layer 9 is disposed; and a cathode 10 disposed on the organic light-emitting layer 9. The planarization film 4 is provided with a concave part 13 that does not penetrate through the planarization film 4. The bank 8 is formed on the concave part 13 and this concave part 13 guides the bank 8 to control the shape thereof.
