摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for hot repairing a coke oven which enables two side walls connected with each other to be integrally repaired when the coke oven is hot repaired and enables the side wall to thermally expand uniformly and horizontally to a given position when the repaired side wall is heated even in a case where a wide range of the side wall is repaired. SOLUTION: The apparatus is used for restricting an outer end surface of a relaid intra-oven structural member 1 when the coke oven is hot repaired wherein a part of or the whole intra-oven structural member comprising brick walls separating a combustion chamber 12 and carbonization chambers 11 on each side thereof and a brick member 14 connecting the brick walls is relaid. This apparatus is provided with a pressing plate 3 which abuts on almost all of the outer end surface of the intra-oven structural member 1 and a coil spring 5 which energizes the pressing plate 3 pushed against the outer end surface of the member 1 in the longitudinal direction of the member. SOLUTION: This method for the hot repair of the coke oven, carrying out the reload of a brick material comprises installing an inflammable plate-shaped member burning at a temperature not lower than 400°C and not higher than 800°C so as to cover hole parts in the upper part of a port part of a piping part in a combustion chamber, where the port part is constituted as a laminate of the bricks having the hole parts, and burning down the plate-shaped member when raising the temperature of the port part after finishing the reload of the brick material. Preferably, the plate-shaped member is a laminate of a ceramic sheet and Bakelite (R).
