    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a galvanized steel sheet used for an automotive body in particular, excellent in pitting corrosion resistance after electrodeposition coating.

      2+ . The zinc phosphate coating layer contains 2.0 to 7.0 percent by weight of Mg, 0.1 to 1.4 percent by weight of Ni, and 0.5 to 5.0 percent by weight of Mn. Furthermore, the contents of Mn and Ni satisfy the following relational expression (1): [Mn]≤[Ni]×11.4, wherein [Mn] represents the Mn content in percent by weight and [Ni] the Ni content in percent by weight.
