A plurality of the cold-rolled steel sheets are manufactured by the sequential steps of: hot-rolling the above base materials; winding them up at 400 to 700°C; pickling them; cold-rolling them; continuously annealing them while adjusting the fluctuation range of temperatures of the steel sheets when water cooling is started to 0 to 10°C; heat-treating them at 100 to 500°C; and a temper-rolling them at a rolling reduction to 0.05 to 1.6%, of which the fluctuation range is adjusted to 0 to 0.4%. Thereby, the ultrahigh-strength cold-rolled steel sheets acquire the yield strength of which the fluctuation amount among the steel sheets is 180 MPa or lower, and superior formability.
