摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To formulate a series of production plans including manufacturing, inventory, and shipment and to correct the formulated production plans by reflecting daily fluctuation elements.SOLUTION: A manufacturing lot summarization part 4C prepares a group of steel products whose manufacturing start periods are within the arbitrary specified number of dates as a manufacturing lot on the basis of the manufacturing start periods of the respective steel products constituting a shipment lot, a manufacturing instruction formulation part 4D sets processes through which the steel products are scheduled to pass or a passage scheduled date of the process for the respective steel products included in the group of steel products whose manufacturing can be started under the same manufacturing condition among the steel products constituting the manufacturing lot, a determination part 4E determines whether or not difference between scheduled delivery dates and ordered delivery dates of the steel products is equal to or less than predetermined time on the basis of set results of the manufacturing instruction formation part 4D, and when the difference is equal to or less than the predetermined time, a production plan formulation part 4F formulates a series of production plans including manufacturing, inventory, and shipment of the steel products in a plan object period.
