    • PURPOSE: To provide a sticky article generating no blocking and prevented from the oozing-out of a sticky agent to the back surface of a nonwoven fabric substrate, obtained by allowing one surface of the nonwoven fabric substrate containing a specifically arranged flat fiber to support the sticky agent.
      CONSTITUTION: At least 20wt% flat fiber of which the aspect ratio (the ratio of a short axis to a long axis) of at least 1:2 and at most 80wt% fiber having a nearly circular cross-sectional area are mixed and formed into a sheet while opened according to a curd method to obtain a nonwoven fabric substrate wherein, in the cross-sectional area thereof in cutting the layer containing the flat fiber in the thickness direction thereof, the angle formed by the long axis direction of the flat fiber and the flat surface direction of said layer is 85° or less on an average and a sticky agent is subsequently applied to one surface of said substrate.
      EFFECT: Because the flat fiber is present in a lying-down state in the layer, pores are blocked and the oozing-out of the sticky agent to the back surface is prevented and, when used for medical purpose, the stickiness with clothes is prevented and no discomfortable feeling during use is generated.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a surface zipper female material which is not unraveled at a cut face, has good dimensional stability and is usable for throw-away products, such as operation clothing and diaper covers, by forming the surface zipper female material by forming many loops of fibers on a web. CONSTITUTION:Any of synthetic fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, regenerated fibers and natural fibers are usable as the fibers of the web forming the loops and are preferably thermally shrinkable acrylic fibers, polyamide fibers and acrylic fibers. The web to be needled may be a web of a single or multiple layers. The fineness of the fibers of the web may be preferably >=1 denier and more particularly preferably >=3 denier. The loops of the female material formed by needle punches which are higher in density and are larger in quantity are more preferable in terms of joining force to a male material. The height of the loops is preferably >=0.3mm and more preferably >=0.5mm. The number of the loops is preferably >=10 pieces, more particularly preferably >=30 pieces per 1cm . The loops are produced by subjecting the web to needle punching.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of engagement force from a first engagement after the repeated engagement by forming a loop part which is formed by means of a needle punch method at one front surface side of a water-jet entangled web in the female material of a hook-and-loop fastener. SOLUTION: This female material 11 is provided with a loop part 15 which is projected from the water-jet entangled web 13 and it favorable to arrange a smooth area 17 constituted by heating and melt-bonding configuration fibers at the side of a front surface which is different from the front surface where the loop part 15 of the web 13 is arranged. The smooth area 17 is arranged for reducing fluffing which occurs by pulling-out the loop part 15 from a fiber web by a male-type element after the repetition of the engagements. Multi- component fibers where more than two kinds of resins which are mutually different in melting point and are arranged in the configuration of side by side, sheath-core or the like are used as thermo-bondable fibers. The web obtained by carding staple fibers and spunbond nonwoven fabrics constituted by long fibers are adopted as the fiber web.
