    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply handled closure for optical cable connection in a low cost configuration. SOLUTION: A closure main body 5 is provided with a cable guiding in and out section 1 and core storage trays 4 in which a supporting connection section storage section 2 of a connection section C that mutually connects cores and a core extra length storage section 3 are formed. A cover body 6 is arranged in a freely attachable and detachable manner for the closure main body 5 to attain an optical cable connection closure D. A lower most layer passing core storage tray 4 1 is provided to the closure main body 5 to form a tray holder 8 having a fitting engaging section 7 of a plurality of core storage trays 4 that store pull-down cores. The core storage trays 4 are provided to the engaging section of the tray holder 8 in a freely engaging and disengaging manner. On top of the lower most layer passing core storage tray 4 1 , the plurality of core storage trays 4 are arranged in a freely turnable manner and in a multistage and stacked manner as top layer trays and a plurality of core storage sheets 9 are mounted in a freely turnable manner on the center section of the lower most layer passing core storage tray 4 1 .
