      SOLUTION: The closure for optical cable connection is provided in a sleeve 5 with: a terminating tray 3 which has a connector housing section 1 and an optical fiber extra length housing section 2 for housing an extra length of a branched coated optical fiber b connected to a connector A; and a wiring clamper base 4 which is for wiring the branched coated optical fiber b. The connector housing section 1 is composed of a vertical wall 6 for separately housing the connector A and of a connector fixing base 8, wherein the connector fixing base 8 has a support pin 7 that freely rotatably supports the housed connector A on the vertical wall 6 upward, horizontally, or downward. Thus, the optical fiber element wire or the optical fiber sheath line, which is connected to the connector A attachable to and detachable from the connector fixing base 8, is designed to be held dividedly in layers with upward/downward inclination in the connector housing section 1.
