    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas adsorption filter capable of realizing low pressure loss. SOLUTION: This gas adsorption filter is provided in a semi-hermetically closed container so as to cover a breathing port for adjusting pressure of the container and has a function for collecting harmful gas flowing in the container through the breathing port. The gas adsorption filter is constituted of a substrate, which has an opening communicating with the breathing port and having an attaching surface so as to be attached to the inner wall of the container, and a gas adsorption body laminated and fixed to the surface of a gas flow channel on the side opposite to the attaching surface of the substrate. At least one gas inflow port communicating with the opening of the substrate, at least one gas outflow port communicating with the outside of the gas adsorption body and groove parts for allowing the gas inflow port and the gas outflow port to communicate with each other are formed to the gas contact surface on the side coming into contact with the surface of the gas flow channel of the substrate of the gas adsorption body. The width of the groove parts is not more than 10 mm, the area ratio of all of groove parts is 10-97% and the distribution non-uniform degree of the groove parts is ±70% or less.

SOLUTION: A vent 12 in a diameter of 1.5mm is formed in an upper lid 11' at a rigid cylindrical container 11 which is composed of polycarbonate, e.g. in an outside diameter of 15mm, an inside diameter of 14mm and a height of 15mm, and a membrane 13, for dust collection, which is composed of oriented porous PTEF in a pore diameter of 0.1μm, a membrane thickness of 3μm, a porosity of 90% and an outside diameter of 15mm is formed at an opening on the lower side. A silica gel sheet which is formed by a cocoagulation method, whose thickness is 2mm and whose outside diameter is 14mm is formed as a water absorption layer 14 at the inside, and organic gas absorption layers 15, 16 as active carbon woven cloths are formed on its upper side. Thereby, moisture which is going to creep into a device from an external environment in spite of the use of a water absorption material in a small quantify is prevented with good efficiency, and humidity is adjusted slowly at the inside even when humidity in the external environment is changed suddenly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten drying time after washing by a method wherein a gas adsorbent is filled in a vessel of a specific volume molded from a synthetic resin porous film, the vessel is molded while tensile stress is applied to a porous film by suction molding, and a crease on its outer surface is inhibited from occurring. SOLUTION: In a small sized gas adsorption unit provided wherein a gas adsorbent 5 is filled in a vessel 3 of 100 ml or under in a space in the vessel molded from a synthetic resin porous film 2, and an opening part of the vessel is sealed with a cover material part 6, the vessel 3 is molded while tensile stress is applied to the synthetic resin porous film 2 by suction molding. Further the synthetic resin porous film 2 to be used is an oriented porous polytetrafluoroethylene film, and its thickness is set within a range of 1 to 5,000 μm. Further, an air permeable oriented reinforcing material is bonded by laminating onto one side or both sides of the porous film 2. Besides, the cover material part 6 is formed of a oriented porous polytetrafluoroethylene film.
