    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in thermal resistance and an electric characteristic and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor.
      SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor where a solid electrolyte and a cathode conductive layer are sequentially formed on a valve operation metal surface in which a dielectrics oxide film is formed, the solid electrolyte is formed of a conductive polymer such as polypyrrole including annular perfluoroalkylene sulfone imido anion expressed by a general formula [1] and poly (3, 4-ethylene dioxythiophene). The conductive polymer is formed by a chemical polymerization method or an electrolytic polymerization method. In the formula, (n) represents a positive integer of 2 to 8.
