The central control part 400 (a) determines a detection area C being a portion of the frame image, and a search range S, (b) scans a reference area R to be compared with the detection area C within the search range S, and (c) corrects the coordinates of the detection object from luminance information of the detection area C and luminance information of the reference area R when scanning the reference area R.
