摘要： PURPOSE:To produce cloth having a supporting sheet, peelable from cloth without leaving residual adhesive and useful for the cutting of cloth and lining of a final product as well as the confirmation of the steric design by laminating and bonding a supporting sheet to a surface of cloth through a thermoplastic resin layer in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:This cloth having a supporting sheet is produced by laminating and bonding woodfree paper as a supporting sheet to one surface of cloth 4 through a thermoplastic resin layer (preferably having a double-layer structure consisting of a linear low-density polyethylene 3 and a polypropylene 2). The peeling strength of the thermoplastic resin layer and the cloth is adjusted to 1-100g/25mm and smaller than the peeling strength between the thermoplastic resin layer and the supporting sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fabric, hardly causing a remaining paste on the fabric after peeling and capable of not only performing the stereoscopic confirmation of a design but also directly preparing a product by hot-press bonding a fabric in a specific state through a thermoplastic resin onto a supporting sheet. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a fabric with a supporting sheet is to laminate and bond polypropylene 2 and a thermoplastic resin such as a linear low-density polyethylene 3 in a molten state onto the supporting sheet such as woodfree paper 1, cool and solidify the thermoplastic resin, then superpose a fabric 4 thereon and peelably hot-press bond the superposed material with a heated roll device, etc. When the peel strength of the thermoplastic resin from a fabric is reduced from that between the thermoplastic resin and the supporting sheet to turn up the supporting sheet after cutting, the sheet in a state of the back surface to which the thermoplastic resin sticks is peeled from the fabric. The peel strength of the fabric at that time is 1-100g/25mm and the sheet can be peeled without deforming the fabric.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a portable disposable cigarette butt receptacle, to simplify its constitution, to suppress the spurt of cigarette ash, to carry the receptacle conveniently and to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: The main body part of an outer box 2 composed of a cardboard as a main material. An air permeable member is stuck to the upper inside face of the outer box 2 and an ashtray insertion hole 28 is made at the lower part of a side plate 13. An ashtray 3 and an inner box 4 are constituted of a material made of a paper subjected to flame retardant treatment. A front and a back plates of the inner box 4 are provided with stopper pieces. The ashtray 3 is inserted from an ashtray inserting hole 28 into the lower part of the outer box 2 and the inner box 4 having held a cigarette box 5 is housed inside the outer box 2 and the ashtray 3 and is carried. When smoking, the inner box 4 together with the cigarette housing box 5 is drawn out from the outer box 2 until the stopper piece is engaged with the bottom edge of the air permeable member, the ashtray 3 is drawn out from the ashtray insertion hole 28 and a cigarette butt and ash are thrown into the ashtray 3. After the throwing in, the ashtray 3 is housed in the outer box 2 and the inner box 4 together with the cigarette housing box 5 are housed in the outer box 2 and the ashtray 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring an ashtray to be light, have a simple structure and suppress overflow of cigarette ash and to intend to be easily portable, be produced at a low cost, etc. SOLUTION: In thus portable disposable ashtray, an inner case 3 is constituted of a compounded material made by coating an aluminum foil on the outside surface of a paper board, a stopper piece 31 is formed on a side plate 11 of the inner case 3, an outer case 4 is constituted of a compounded material made by coating an inner face and an outer face of a paper board having a ceramics layer with the aluminum foil and fancy paper, an engaging hole 59 is formed on a side face board 44 of the outer case 4 and an openable cover 62 and a throw opening 63 are formed by notching. The cases are carried by inserting a cigarette container 2 into the inner case 3 and the inner case 3 into the outer case 4. When smoking, the inner case 3 is pulled out together with the cigarette container 2 from the outer case 4 until the stopper piece 31 engages in the engaging hole 59, the openable cover 67 is swinged inside and ash and a cigarette butt 67 are thrown into the outer case from the opened throw opening 63. After the throwing, the inner case 3 is pushed into inside of the outer case 4 together with the cigarette container 2 and the throw opening 63 is closed by the openable cover 62.
