    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fineness of a recording image part and the fastness of a coloring agent by containing a molecular level admixture of o- toluenesulfonamide and p-toluenesulfonamide in a thermal coloring layer in a thermal recording body in which a thermal recording layer containing as main components a basic achromatic dye and an organic developing agent is provided on a carrier. SOLUTION: The thermal recording body is provided on a carrier with a thermal coloring layer containing main components a basic chromatic dye and an organic developing agent, in which a molecular level admixture of o- toluenesulfonamide and p-toluenesulfonamide in a thermal coloring layer. This avoids a powdering phenomenon being prone to occur at the time of using an intensifier in the imaging part, thus enhancing the stability in the recording part under high humidity. A blending weight ratio of o-toluensulfonamide to p-toluenesulfonamide used is made 35:65-45:55, and a molecular level admixture of o-toluenesulfonamide and p-toluenesulfonamide is contained at a rate of 0.01-2 pts. to an organic developer of 1 pts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent preservability of images, avoid the adherence of residue to a thermal head or the occurrence of sticking, and also obtain the fine stability of ground color against light or heat by containing a UV ray absorbing agent in a undercoating layer and/or thermal recording layer, a UV ray interrupting agent in the thermal recording layer and/or a protection layer, and fluorescent dye in the protection layer, and further containing a polyurea compound in the thermal recording layer. SOLUTION: The undercoating layer is formed by applying on the carrier liquid with a UV ray absorbing agent dispersed with a binder and filler. As a dye precursor and developer, a polyurea compound having a repetition unit of formula I or formula II is mixed, and a UV ray interrupting agent, a UV ray absorbing agent, a dispersant, a filler, or the like are added thereto before forming the coating liquid of a thermal recording layer. In addition, the coating liquid of a protection layer is prepared, which contains a fluorescent dye, a UV ray interrupting agent as required, a water soluble polymer a filler, or the like. In the formula I, A expresses a bivalent group, and in the formula II, R , R show a hydrogen atom in any one of them, and the other shows a methyl group, and A expresses a bivalent group.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the stability for a plasticizer, of a heat-sensitive recording body by a method wherein a color developing agent which develops a color by reacting with a dye precursor provided on a recording layer, is prepared by adding 3-(phenyl carbamoyl sulfamoyl)carbanilide, and also, a specified sulfonamide compound. SOLUTION: On a supporting body, a heat-sensitive coloring layer containing a basic colorless dye, and an organic color developer which develops a color by reacting with the basic colorless dye, as the major components, is provided. In this case, the developer is at least one kind of a compound which is represented by formula I, and also, contains at least one kind of a sulfonamide compound which is represented by formula II. In the formulas, R1 -R4 indicate hydrogen atom or the like, R1 and R2 , or R3 and R4 may form an aromatic ring by combining with each other, and X, Y indicate oxygen atom or the like, Z indicates a lower alkyl group or the like, and (n) indicates an integer of 0-2. Then, the compound which is represented by the formula I can be synthetized by making 3-aminobenzene sulfonamide and an isocyanate compound or the like react with each other.
