    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the limitation imposed on the processing of a valve mecha nism, and thereby attempt to reduce costs. SOLUTION: This fluid pressure control device is so constituted as to be equipped with a valve mechanism 5 which reduces the fluid pressure of a master cylinder by a specified ratio, and transmits it to each rear wheel brake cylinder, and with a load detection mechanism 7 which applies load corresponding to live load to a planger 51, and shifts the starting point for a decompressing action of the valve mechanism 5. In this case, in order to press the valve body 10 of the valve mechanism 5 to the direction of valve opening, the end part of the planger 51 abutting against the valve body 10 is formed integrally with the planger 51, furthermore, a small diameter pressing part 51b extended in the direction of a planger shaft, and a fluid pressure passage are formed in the radial direction from the direction of the end of the planger, and the end part of the planger is formed out of a collar member 52 coaxiall-y pressed in the small diameter pressing part 51b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To need no machining of a passage groove on a plunger, and to unitedly make a pressing pin with the plunger to improve reliablity, and to save a stopper for a valve body. SOLUTION: A proportioning valve is provided with a seat member which is energized in the closing direction and has a valve seat hole 7b opened and closed by a hydraulic pressure regulating valve element 6 to regulate for reducing brake liquid pressure, and a plunger 4 unitedly having a pressing pin 30 which pierces the seat member and presses the hydraulic pressure regulating valve element 6 in the opening direction, and a valve body 1 is provided with a through hole consisting of a cylinder hole 1f where the plunger 4 fits slidably. The seat member 7 is provided with a stopper 47b to control the movement in the valve opening direction of the plunger 4 for positioning it and a path hole 47a to make a valve seat hole 7b communicate with the output port 1c of the valve body 1, and in a state where the seat member 7 is inserted in a fitting hole 1d for positioning, assembled parts are prevented from falling off by a plug 9 thread-mounted in an assembling hole 2.

Next the valve 62, when it is selected to a position E, respectively connects the left cylinder port 32a to the left chamber La of the power cylinder and the right cylinder port 34a to the right chamber Ra of the power cylinder. And next the valve 62, when it is selected to a position C, connects the left cylinder port 32a to the right chamber Ra of the power cylinder and the right cylinder port 34a to the left chamber La of the power cylinder.

A load sensing lever 31 is made from a plate material as having two planes 31b, 31c which are made at approximately right angle in the longitudinal direction, and the surface of one of the ends 31b of the lever 31 is made a plane approx. perpendicular to the shaft of the plunger while the other surface 31c on the plunger side is made a plane approximately parallel with the shaft of the plunger and contacted with the plunger side through a projection 31g formed on the shorter side face of the plate material having a rectangular section which stretches in the longitudinal direction.

    • PURPOSE:To keep off such nonconformity that a handwheel is suddenly turned back, by having a relief valve built in a housing where a control valve and a metering mechanism are housed, and setting up a kickback preventive check valve at the more downstream side than the said valve. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 6 constituting a control valve 4 is rotatably housed in a housing 2, and a metering mechanism 14 is installed in the side of the control valve 4. This metering mechanism is constituted of an internal gear stator 22 and an external gear rotor 24, eccentrically rotating, inside this stator 22. And, a balance piston type relief valve 60 is built in the housing 2. In this constitution, a kickback preventive check valve 104 inclusive of a ball valve 100 is installed in a connecting part with an inflow passage 32 into the control valve 4 in a pump port 28 of the housing 2. This check valve 104 is set up at each downstream side of a relief inflow passage 72 of the relief valve 60 and a pilot passage 82.
