    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing phosphorus and ammonia from water to be treated, fertilizer using removed phosphorus and ammonia and a manufacturing method for a molten solidified matter useful as fertilizer.
      SOLUTION: Phosphorus is removed from water to be treated by a first pH adjusting process for adding sulfuric acid and/or hydrochloric acid to the water to adjust the pH of the water to 3.5 or less, a second pH adjusting process for adding a caustic soda aqueous solution to the water to adjust the pH of the solution to 9.0 or more, a process for adding a calcium chloride aqueous solution to the water, a dephosphorization process for passing the water after the calcium chloride adding process through the packed tank formed by filling a tank with the ground matter of slag generated from a converter as an adsorbing material. By an ammonia removing process for applying an ammonia to be treated after subjected to dephosphorization treatment in the dephosphorization process, ammonia is removed from the water.
