摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently dephosphorizing the returned water of sludge treatment and to provide a method for manufacturing a melted and solidified product useful as a fertilizer by using the converter slag used as an adsorbent for phosphorus in the above dephosphorization method. SOLUTION: Dephosphorization is carried out by preliminarily controlling the pH of the returned water of sludge treatment and then using converter slag as an adsorbent for phosphorus. The melt-solidified product useful as a fertilizer is manufactured by using the converter slag used for the dephosphorization as a source material as well as sludge or incineration ash of sludge as a source material and melting and solidifying these. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing phosphorus and ammonia from water to be treated, fertilizer using removed phosphorus and ammonia and a manufacturing method for a molten solidified matter useful as fertilizer.
SOLUTION: Phosphorus is removed from water to be treated by a first pH adjusting process for adding sulfuric acid and/or hydrochloric acid to the water to adjust the pH of the water to 3.5 or less, a second pH adjusting process for adding a caustic soda aqueous solution to the water to adjust the pH of the solution to 9.0 or more, a process for adding a calcium chloride aqueous solution to the water, a dephosphorization process for passing the water after the calcium chloride adding process through the packed tank formed by filling a tank with the ground matter of slag generated from a converter as an adsorbing material. By an ammonia removing process for applying an ammonia to be treated after subjected to dephosphorization treatment in the dephosphorization process, ammonia is removed from the water.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to work in a dephosphorizing process performed in processing contaminated drain water and thereafter to perform desulfurization in a sludge incinerator furnace using effectively a converter slag which has otherwise been disposed of, and a method to manufacture a fusion solidified substance using effectively the incineration ash remaining in the furnace after applying the desulfurizing method. SOLUTION: The desulfurizing method according to this invention works in a process to remove phosphorus from drain water using crushed objects of the slag produced from a converter furnace as a phosphorus adsorbent in which phosphorus removal is made by contacting the crushed slag object with the drain water to be processed, in which the crushed object of the converter slag after being used as the phosphorus adsorbent is used as a desulfurizing agent to work in the sludge incinerator furnace.
