    • PURPOSE:To increase the freedom of forming, to attempt to make a thin-wall and to solve a thickness irregularity, by heat softening a plate-shaped molding prepared by extruding a composite resin material comprising a polyolefin resin and an organic filler into a sheet-like shape as a reinforcing sheet and contact- bonding it on a deep draw part. CONSTITUTION:After heat softening a fiber board 10, which is placed on a bottom force 11 for a cold press, a reinforcing sheet 12 is placed on the upper surface of the part corresponding to its deep draw. The reinforcing sheet 12 is an extruded molding whose thickness is 2mm prepared by extruding a composite resin material in which a polypropylene resin and wooden flour are mixed in a blend ratio of 50:50 by means of an extrusion molding machine in a sheet- shape. The fiber board 10 and the reinforcing sheet 12 are contact-bonded and a molding having a required deep drawn shape is molded by lowering a top force for a cold press. By contact-bonding an olefin resin containing an organic filler as a reinforcing sheet on the deep draw, the adhesive strength is improved as the resin penetrates effectively into fiber gaps of the fiber board.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a shaped cutting method, to which shaped cuttings of core material and skin material in laminated molding are performed differently in one process of pressing, and a simple shaped cutting device. CONSTITUTION:An upper cutting blade 60, which is annexed to an upper pressure-contacting mold 50, is formed so as to be equipped with a taper-like inclined surface facing towards outside the upper cutting blade 60 in order to be equipped with an outside cutting part 61 and an inside cutting part 62, both of which are distant from each other vertically. By setting both an outside edge part 71, which abuts against the outside cutting part 61 of the upper cutting blade 60, and an inside edge part 72, between which and the inside cutting part 62 of the upper cutting blade 60, the predetermined clearance is ensured, in a groove part 10, which is provided in a lower pressure-contacting mold 40 and in which the upper cutting blade 60 is housed, a first cutting process, in which both core material 20 and skin material 30 are cut with the outside cutting part 61 of the upper cutting blade 60, and a second cutting process, in which only the core material 20 is cut with the inside cutting part 62 of the upper cutting blade 60, are realized.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a non-drafty interior panel for trunk room with fine appearance by spraying a liquid resin, which is obtained by mixing resin powder with a solvent, to the rear face of a molded core of an unwoven cloth, etc., impregnated with thermoplastic resin, and performing solvent removal by means of heating. CONSTITUTION:A mat 13 formed by impregnating a porous material such as unwoven cloth, felt, etc., with thermoplastic resin and a bark material 14 such as unwoven cloth, etc., attached fast to the front face of the mat are formed into specified figure by means of cold press. The back face of this molded core is spray coated with a liquid resin 23, which is obtained by mixing a resin powder such as resin of vinyl type, of urethane type, etc., with an organic solvent such as methylethyl ketone, toluene, etc., followed by adjustment to a viscosity of 200-700cps. Then solvent removal is carried out by heating, to form a non-drafty resin layer 15. Thus a non-drafty interior panel for trunk room with fine appearance is obtained, that should omit any air duct to be otherwise furnished at the trunk part.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet suitable for a core material in the production of an interior automotive trim, by extruding in sheet form under nonfoamed conditions a foamable polyolefin resin composition with a filler. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. resin base comprising a blend of polypropylene and polyethylene (or propylene/ethylene copolymer), 42-100pts.wt. cellulosic filler (e.g., woodmeal), 0.5-3pts.wt. radical generator (e.g., cumene hydroperoxide), 4-15pts.wt. foaming agent (e.g., hydrazocarbonamide), and 2.5-15pts.wt. crosslinker (e.g., divinylbenzene) are mixed together. The resulting mixt. is extruded at about 170-190 deg.C to form a non-crosslinked, nonfoamed foamable composite resin sheet. A composite resin molding with a light-wt., foamed core may be formed by putting the above sheet in between skin materials and causing the sheet to foam while thermoforming.
